I particularly enjoyed the file footage of hands typing on a keyboard to represent a "simple internet search." I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's a good thing CNN has no viewers, or credibility, or else I'd be worried about spots like this.

Just when I thought I might enter the world of CNN again they pull this crap.I'm sticking strictly to FSTV and Link Tv.It seems to me that CNN is competing against faux for disinformation. This is not acceptable.

Disloyal? Laywers are disloyal to our country if they defend accused terrorists? In other words, CNN adovcates the same principals as Fox: hold all terrorism (Muslims) indefintely and torture them all.

I am so tired of pandering to the lowest common denominator. When I was a kid tv anchors were (appeared to be) smart and gave us news now all we have is dimwits trying to out captain America each other. This is especially true of "conservative" news. Trying to listen to them or debate them is like going back to 5th grade. Am I waiting in vain for this country to act like adults?

I feel the same way. This isn't political discourse,it's playground taunting nothing more. The term "love it or leave it" is starting to hold some weight with me.

Exactly. For all of these anti-government and anti-tax fools who are arming themselves for a fight should just leave. If you don't want to pay taxes and want to overthrow the government everytime somebody you don't like wins an election then pack up your belongings and GTFO.

Glenn Greenwald on Salon has an interesting article about CNN's coverage, and also a WaPo article.

      I can answer that . . . no.

That's as ridiculous as saying that a criminal defense lawyer who represents people accused of murder is actually a closet murderer.

disloyal to whom? I would not compare lobbyists to lawyers - lobbyists nearly universally support whatever it is they are lobbying for while it is often a toss up as to whether or not a lawyer supports the actions of their client or if they are just doing their job. That is an extremely unfair comparison for a lawyer of all people to make.

-"Did the US Military cross the line?" Well lets see, considering our troops are dying by the dozen in countries we should have never invaded in the first place, maybe the fault should be placed on the universal issue here rather then pin pointing the problems created by the innate Bush Administration and his gang of cronies.
-"Liz Cheney leads an attack..." That segment should end the moment Liz Cheney is mentioned. If there is one family (outside of his exhiled daughter) who should have zero credibility to create opinions about anything, it's those human huntin', oil snake salesman, war mongering, gay and lesbian bashing, human rights denying, poverty stricken disliking, criminal mastermind war apologist Cheneys. /End.
