Gee. It's almost as if the "GITMO 9" were men who believed in the rule of law and due process. No wonder Gretchen doesn't like them.

ANYTHING that Fox News, Republicans and conservative can somehow tie or link to the leadership of the black president, lead them to attack and criticize.
This is also the plight of the misguided tea-baggers' movement; who votes against their own interest and complain that they want "THEIR country back". No contempt among the wary and confused (and stupid).
It is clear that Fox News believes their audience is not too bright because most of what they cast as "News" is nothing more than propagganda, misinformation, distortion and lies.
This is just another example of Fox News deciding the rule of law and constitutional protection is reserved to those THEY deemed eligible, instead of doing what is required of journalist; objectively report the News.

Gretchen and Gang are only doing what they are told. Does anyone really believe that Carlson could really make something up like the above quote? On of the Fox-hate writers, wonder how they feel about their careers, thought this up last night and put it in the show this morning.

It is amazing that Fox could find this many "journalists", "news people" to acutally take these jobs. But times must be tough trying to report truthful news. I guess we know that Carlson is a political whore, we just aren't sure about the price.

        Actually C.H.,

They (Liz Cheney, a.k.a. McCarthy Jr, and her un-American thugs) are referring to them as the Al-Qaeda 9.

        Despicable.

In other words, a whizzbang trial lawyer who has successfully defended a high profile murder defendant can never be appointed to a position as a prosecutor.

      FOX News...really, really dumb.

And by the logic presented on another thread, that same whizzbang trial lawyer must be a murderer if he defends someone accused of murder.

I wonder if she has any clue how many lawyers the DOJ employs when she suggests that it must be a job requirement to have that kind of experience in order to get a job?

All they do is fearmonger and misinform, because they can not change the Constitution and Geneva Convention.

Right, it's trouble that our Department of Justice lawyers want to have rights and due process for the people they prosecute. It's trouble that 9 lawyers out of ten thousand want to see our Justice system act like it's supposed to. Well now, actually, it is trouble. Why didn't the other 9,991 lawyers stand up and put the Constitution and the rule of law over the President and a few neo-Con stooges, like John Yoo? The only problem here, Retchin' is that you hate the Constituion and the American system.

You know around here, a lawyer who has represented murderers is seen as a good candidate for a district court judgeship because that person has experience in the criminal justice field.

      These people are just stupid.

Did you all see Rachel Maddow's last segment last night regarding this Republican talking point #1003? It was great - She did a great parody of Nostradumbass, all she needed was the chalkboard.

I was reminded that John Adams defended the
British Army shooting in a crowd (Mob). And he won. He was seen at that time as a traitor too. I wonder if faux quazi-news was around then?
