AN THE ACADEMY AWARD FOR GOTCHA!

      GOES TO....

      GLENN BECK!

This was the best Glenn Beck Show I have ever seen ... It was so PERFECT! Glenn tried and tried and tried to get Massa to give up DIRT on the ARROGANT person in the White House or of anyone around that ARROGANT person in the White house!
POOR GLENN...all you get is this lousy trophy !

          I love this:
"You're [crosstalk] on corruption, but you don't really have anything but what I say..."
Yup... that's pretty much your daily lesson plan, Beck.

And his statement that Massa's response was "an apology" is hilarious. Just more proof that many of the most outspoken on the right don't have the capacity for humor.

Beck was completely out of his league here. He was so unprepared at every turn. At one point Massa stated Campaign Finance Reform was the main problem in DC and Beck just about sat there and drooled with nothing to say.

Beck had preconceived ideas of what the real issue was and at every turn Beck was shot down. This resulted in Beck failing to have anything to say. Beck's saying he had wasted America's should apply to every hour of every show he has produced. He did not try to get at the truth in this interview and he never does. He applies preexisting conclusions and takes facts to shape them to his end beliefs in everything he says. To do this is not a scientific method of discovery therefore the end result does not reflect what was truly discovered along the way

Thanks for airing this interview Glenn. It should be seen by all showing how non-linear and illogical your thought process is in trying to find facts and coming to a conclusion. Fox Is Not News and Glenn proved it in spades!

This was great. Watched a lot of the clips last night. Beck was so hot on getting Massa to denounce someone in the White House, denounce them, and say that he was intimidated into leaving Congress, and so on, and what did Beck get?

        Nothing really.

Massa did say he and Rahm don't get along, but he also said that most folks don't get along with Rahm, because he is the attack dog (which is usually the position the COS for the White House is in). I liked how Massa said he was never intimidated by Emmanuel, at all. And that he decided to resign because, of stupid things that he did. It was all HIS fault.

Beck looked dumbfounded. He was thinking Massa was going to come on his show and trash Obama and the democrats, but he did no such thing. He also talked about how he wanted MORE in the health care bill, which is why he voted against it. He also talked about campaign finance reform, which was awesome.

While you're at it, please explain why he was dumbfounded at "Chicago thug-style politics," when he and others at Fox have been playing that song for months.

What do Shultz, Olbermann and Maddow have to do with this thread? You are making the faulty assumption that disagreement with the RIDICULOUSLY dishonest, uneducated rantings of this dumba** means that people watch those folks. You're wrong. Nice try, though.

For the record . . . I absolutely cannot stand Ed Shultz. I don't know how anybody can listen to him. I rarely watch ANY cable opinion network programming. I do, however, listen to hate talk radio . . . especially on long trips in my car. Hard to fall asleep driving when you are laughing your rear off or yelling at the stupidity and dishonesty you are hearing.

Good point - I might have to try that this summer. It would make for an interesting car ride, in any event, when you consider that at least two of my charges will be varsity Speech and Debate kids, one my daughter, and she is a bit more left of center than I am right... We ALL would have loved being a fly on the convertible top when she was debating my mother-in-law and sister-in-law on their wildly inaccurate views about President Obama and HCR.

If he was he'd be sitting in his basement like you posting dumb stuff on the Internet instead of wealthy and successful. BTW you seem to hate more stuff than you love. Such a shame. Schultz and Olbermann and Madcow are idiots. Their mouths betray them every night. But, you already know that.

He once insisted that 4 trillion dollars was a QUADRILLION. Of course I am guessing that you are one of the drooling dolts who watch him religiously every time he sobs uncontrollably. As for Maddow, she is a Rhodes Scholar. But of course you wouldn't know that because you would actually have to pay attention to intelligence when you here it.

What an arrogant thing of Beck to say. Firstly, it is definitely a waste of time to pay any attention to him, so there's the truth in that, but for him to basically say "Well, America, I thought I was going to get someone to agree with my mania and back up my propaganda, but clearly this guy doesn't know that I know everything." Ugh, and that smug look on his face as he had to just sit there and listen to things he didn't want to hear that went against his extremist opinions that he mistakes for the truth!

It's usually pretty clear what Beck means. The problem is that he habitually gets there using either tautologies or flights of imagination.

As I put it? I don't recall using that word more than once, very long ago, in all the time I've been posting here.
