Beck says, based on Massa allegations, "there are four different criminal charges" Rahm Emanuel "could be brought up on"

From the March 9 edition of Fox News' Glenn Beck:

Media Matters: Conservatives' perpetual dishonesty machine
Media Matters: "Context is everything": Why you should (still) never trust Andrew Breitbart
Media Matters: The right-wing rage machine unloads a frenzy of race-baiting|

As a life long Republican, I find them very embarrassing.
Come on, Glenn, what do you have in your stash...is it coke?
I guess he thinks he's Perry Mason now?
LOL!
What a joke, truly I laughed hard, the moment he referenced trying this in the Court Of Public Opinion...
He was talking about Massa's legal problems, right?
And so he was (I guess) motioning for a change of venue, let's take it out the actual and real judicial system, and refer it to the Court Of Public Opinion...
But then he caught the stupidity even craziness of what he had just said, and followed it with "which I think is un-American."
What a joke, I laughed!
"You Honor, I move we change the venue of Mr. Massa's legal problems, from the actual and real judicial system, to the Un-American Court Of Public Opinion."
JUDGE: "Can we get a Court Officer in here please, the one with the really big butterfly net... please, before this guy says anything else that disrupts these proceedings into even more laughter!"
Let's see:
Beck has said numerous times that he is "hunting" progessives.
Charge 1: Intimidation
Charge 2: Conspiracy
Charge 3: Inciting a riot or violent acts
Beck has called for uprisings against the current, lawfully elected governemnt.
Charge 1: Sedition
Charge 2: Treason
Charge 3: Inciting a riot or violence
Charge 4: Conspiracy
Beck has made many innuednos between President Obama and the justification of presidential assasination.
Charge 1: Threatening the President.
Charge 2: Sedition
Charge 3: Conspiracy
See, Beck plays a lawyer on TV. I can play lawyer on the internet.
be werry, werry quiet...
Well that nails it down!
What's wrong with the 'system'?
1. It's 'broke.'
2. etc etc.
Great, let's convene a Grand Jury right now, we're going to investigate and fight corruption, the official charges listed in the indictment shall be "The System Is Broke" and also this, which I think carries with it the death penalty, of "etc etc."
This is truly a talking point of theirs, don't ever ever talk about how corporate and financial interests of various kinds (private health insurers, banks and financial services companies, defense contractors, ETC ETC) are buying and have bought the U.S. Congress, and are at present opposed to every single reform measure the American people want, such as a reduction of paycheck draining health insurance premiums (health care reform), regulation of the thieving banks and financial services companies, defense contractors looting the U.S. Treasury more than eight hundred billions worth this year alone, ETC ETC!
Call it a 'broke system.'
Don't worry, the people are stupid, they'll buy that vague nonsense... the people are so stupid, that if you're in a pinch and need to be even more vague about it, then just say ETC ETC!
And with all the communists and socialists and nazis running around loose these days, they'll need to reform the House Un-American Activities Committee, to dig those commies out of Hollywood and out of the media and out of all the other dark and moldy places they grow...
And speaking of dark and moldy, they'll want to dig up the corpse of Joseph McCarthy too maybe, to go after commies in the federal government...
Ahh, reminiscing about it, don't we miss the good old days, both recent and half a century ago, when Republicans ruled Congress?
NO!
Funny today's right-wingers' attitude toward him. Half the time they're defending him and the other they're complaining about "liberal McCarthyism."
1. Saying nasty things.
2. Being mean.
3. Picking on others.
4. Having cooties.
