It's just another example of a conspiracy theory that the rightwing has a pattern of believing without any evidence.

These fools should know enough to VET the story before running with it. I think in most cases they DO know that they SHOULD do that, but since they can't keep their deluded followers if they actually were honest, they feel they don't have any choice but to behave this way. That's why they have this pattern of believing unbelieveable conspiracy theories. If they stop that, their house of cards will collapse!

Rush, your rotund pathetic liar, why would you care if he did ban fishing? He's talking about catching fish, not bobbing for pills at the bottom of a Cosmo or spreading a child net over the Dominican Republic.

      What, it's satire?

        Or, it's more like:

"Ooh, something shiny to swipe at!"

It took me five minutes to Google this fishing story, I'm not sure where it started but it has been debunked in hundreds of news outlets.

If anyone can find out where this started, I'd be really grateful.

Rush/Fox/hate talk radio believers won't take the time to research it . . . if Rush/Fox/hate talk radio said it, then, by golly, it's TRUE!

Just thought I would post a headline like that. Never know, maybe Fox will pick it up and start saying "Some people say Rush has hit bottom"

What do you true fascists have against the American people? You lie and do things to give corporations more rights than the people. The only solution is a constitutional amendment banning any person right to artificial entities. This includes unions by the way. You and your ideals are traitors to humanity.

Well, I don't know who this Hussein person is you refer to, but the thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory, even debunked by Fox News, shows that President Obama has nothing against fishing.

It would be nice if one of the main big 3 news channels would occasionally come out with the news that millions of salivating listeners are being lied to. Are they afraid of these liars?
