Well....he doesn't have insurance and.....just saying....of course he does have an absurd multi-cajillion $ contract...but he's just one of the massive un and under-insured Americans....just plain folk.....Rush, his four wives, his over-tacky houses and drug-buying hired help..

OK. Let's do the math. How many of those "uninsured" have end of life illnesses? They will/would have died NO MATTER how much or little health insurance they have or don't have.

The left has played loose and fast with this little factoid since the inception of this debate. Nice try but that lowers the "death toll" quite a bit when you peel back the layers.

Of course not. Those stories from the health care summit you mocked were all just made up.

I didn't know you could go to the Emergency room and get chemotherapy, dialysis, organ transplants, radiation therapy, bone marrow transplants, or any other long term treatment. Thanks Rush for educating me.

Rush praised the "socialist" healthcare system in Hawaii where he got treatment, and wants to move to the "socialist" healthcare system in Costa Rica. Rush is a big fat stupid socialist. I'm just saying....

The real sad part of this is that Rush has an audience that actually believes him. Rush must live in a bubble.

As usual, this lie is so easily disproven (that Google thing) that the dittoheads must have to work really hard to believe this man. Being that ignorant does not come easily.

Even if that's true (and it's not), that's only part of the issue: There are also people getting financially ruined and going bankrupt because they can't pay their medical bills. These include people who don't have insurance and people who do, or did when they first got sick.

There is no other advance country where people are ruined by their medical expenses. Why is this not considered a national scandal?

Ok, so we have our right to say what we want! Why we proclaim Rush to be a liar, I would like to know how many have actually read through this reform bill???
I AM A NURSE, under paid, over worked and insurance is not offered by my employer, private pay for Dr. visits, MAY I MENTION IT KEEPS ME OUT OF THE ER BY DOING PRIVATE PAY PREVENTATIVE CARE! Maybe just maybe we wouldn't have this issue if the American people did not over use the ER because they need a physician statement to return to work after they came up with a BS story.
I REALIZE THAT HEALTH CARE IS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE!!! However, with that statement. I at this point treat and self medicate at home with the Dr. being the last resort. So while we criticize people who speak what they believe about the health care reform. I personally see the effects that it is making. With cut... after cut... after cut...(May I mention that I don't need premiums to be even higher and more unaffordable)
I personally lost my husband to cancer, and NO, Your right, IF primarily only ER care was obtained it would not have saved his life, and yes if he had been insured maybe we would have caught it sooner!!! MAYBE!!! (Assuming that the symptoms would have been communicated to the physician) But if we are going to take the time to make up our minds of which way we are going to support the bill or not support the bill, I believe that we should know what is in the bill!!!! Not push it through before Easter!!! When we are unaware of what we have in store for us!

Something Beck and Limbaugh have in common-despite ALL evidence to the contrary--BOTH of them continue to "preach" to their Zombies that 1. People don't "JUST" lost their insurance..according to one of Beck's recent comments--it's OUR fault for either not paying or not "complying" with companies "rules".
The GOOD News about this?? I know of at LEAST 2 people that FINALLY "clicked" that these guys are just Rich corporate shills who don't give a hoot for "REAL People" after watching/listening to these crackpots. I know of at least one more who came to the realization when Beck basically ignored Massi's comment about Campaign Finance Reform yesterday. Granted, Massi's a nut, and the whole show HAD to be one of the funniest things I've heard all year. HOWEVER, it's just another example of how desperate these wackos are getting to make up lies that "Real People" will actually BELIEVE!! AND--that they HAVE to realize at some point, especially Beck, that people are "departing" his wacky show because it's FINALLY clicking that this guy is WAAAAAY OUT THERE!!!
