Yep...fishing is one of those God-given rights. It's right there in the Constitution...that's why we're taking it away fom you, Glenn. Because we're evil...

By the time we're finished, Glenn, you won't even have the right to bathe...

Of course what this idiot doesn't realize is that fishing is already regulated by the government--just ask commercial fishermen. They are routinely prohibited from catch certain kinds of fish, fishing in certain areas and limits are set on the total catch and the size of their fleet.

In fact, when it comes to sport fishing, there are regulations, limits and prohibitions too.

God, it's so tiring listening to these idiots.

As a AVID fisherwomen (fishgirl DUH!) I can tell you that the claims are bogus. The only person who can shut off fishing is states which allows permitting of certain rivers. There are already rules in place for this and all states are goverened by the Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. I live in Montana so I know of these things. I do nothing but catch and release fish. I feel that it is my duty to help the populations of fish grow and give someone else the opportunity to pull in that nice 20" West Slope Cutthroat Trout on a #20 PMD fly (there is NOTHING like it). If the rivers get to out of hand w/ outfitters then the river is permitted to a certain number of floaters. (We only have 1 river here that is currently permit only). In Montana we also have the stream access laws which allow fishing on private property as long as you stay below the high water mark of the river. This was widely debated and I believe that Montana is one of the few states that has this law. Rest assured anglers, Trout Unlimited, Walleye Unlimited and other fishery protection organizations have lobbists to:) Oh Yeah...FISH ON Mr. President:)

The ad would go something like this:

20" rainbow seeks wild rainbow. Enjoy napping under undercut banks and snapping at nymphs..would help if you were a bit of a nymph too!
If interested I'll be in the junk car section of the Bitterroot. Let's fertilize some eggs!

Wasn't this story completely debunked before Beck's show was aired?

Did you see that clip of Andy Griffith in the background? Griffith played Lonesome Rhodes in A Face in the Crowd.

And Andy and Opie Cunningham were and are big Obama supporters so I'd bet they're not too happy with Glenn using their images to sell his delusions.

Oops, Beck, Fox has posted on their site that there is nothing in the documents which state what you just spouted! It's got to suck to be you the past two days. Losing another major advertiser, having your employer debunk a claim you made on your program AND having the Massa "interview" blow up in your face.

Beck pushes dubious fishing ban claim: "Forget about the frickin' fish. People are losing their rights."

He is ranting about executive power! LOL! Obama has the power of executive orders, but there is a thing called Checks and Balances in the Constitution Becky. Read up on it then come back with a better rant.

Also I guess he forgot about the history of executive orders...

      Executive Orders Disposition Tables Index

Again read and then come back to rant!

How many people still believe that Nancy Pelosi DEMANDED a luxury jet to fly her to SF when she became speaker?
They spout this junk and then bring it up over and over again and they have a pool of idiots that use this as a "why I hate libruls and Obama" talking points. I am sure this will be in some hate ads for the next election cycle.
