But wait, FOX and their resident talking heads have said over and over that there is nothing wrong with using waterboarding...therefore if reconciliation is like waterboarding, then there's nothing wrong with using it. Gee, thanks FOX.

He offers no explanation why it's flouting the Constitution...only right wing talking points about why he doesn't like it.

Right, the US Constitution demands super majorities only for amendments to it.

Actually, IIRC, super majorities are needed to admit a new state, too.

Johnson is the "Dr. Victor Frankenstein" of talking points. He can stitch them together into a panic-inducing monstrosity of deceit.

If Johnson were a food critic, he could shut down the nation's restaurant industry.

Fox News does not hire such people for their expertise or honesty in informing viewers on vital issues. They hire them for what they are willing to say on the air.

        * It's sort of like hazing, a fraternity prank. Sort of like that kind of fun.

At the end Johnson bravely asserts that if that the bill reaches the President and he signs it...drum roll...it becomes the law of the land. Well at least he settled one debate.
