Don't be obtuse. You know full well its more than just cheating on his wife. Perhaps lying to all the American people about it, using campaign funds to shut her up, at the same time as trying to get the people to vote you to be President and represent them.

Old Limbaugh has a bitter heart that need Jesus Christ to heal it. When he get through with his negetive ways and speaking against blacks and other races of people, he will look around and see all race of people standing together in unity just to show him what he is saying it is non effect. We the people have very much gotten over the old and is entering into the new.

Limbaugh what you have is old news and this generation isn't reading it, we are glancing it seeing it to be useless and burning it daily. So stop trying to break the peace.

We the white people and we the black people understands that in this country divided we fall, but together we stand as one nation under God in Jesus Christ. And only you and the devil are fallen.

Rush's brand of conservatism obviously doesn't extend equal credit for individualism to every demographic, suggesting whole groups of people are only capable of monolithic thought about anything.

Of course, he'd have much less content for his show without declaring absolutes and various flavors of "them" to talk about.

Obama's version of making it work for everybody involves bringing one massive group down and using that to prop the other massive group up. Thus making everyone even, regardless of level of effort, personal success, personal decisions, and personal responsibility.

The only ones who want that are the ones who are standing with their hands out saying "gimme some".

Tax the hell out of people who made/make good money in order to give tax cuts, welfare, free cell phones, and subsidized health care to those who either don't pay taxes at all or living solely on government assistance.

With a recipe for success like that, its a wonder how we can possibly be in for a $1.5T deficit this year!

Free cell phones? Where do you sign up for that? Why shouldn't the lower and middle class get a tax cut every now and then? After all when Bush 41 was president, when he gave the top 1% a tax cut, he increased the tax on the bottom three brackets.

You're not going to get any argument from me on lower and middle class tax cuts. But I don't believe in getting a larger tax refund than what you actually paid into it.

I know you guys are obsessed with the Bush tax cuts...and to be honest, I could have cared less if he didn't give that out. I don't believe in a progressive tax system. I rather believe in a flat tax system, or a purely consumption based system. All have their goods and bads.

Of course you believe in a flat tax system, because it places extra tax burden on the poor, and lets the rich keep more of their money. That would be a regressive tax. Taxing the poor is good for exactly one thing: causing social unrest and eventually uprisings. Think just for a moment about the French Revolution.

The last time we had a balanced budget and a decent economy, Clinton was president, and the top tax rate was 39%. That only affected the top 1% of Americans. The median wage in this country is right around $50,000 a year. Rush makes more than 600 'average' Americans. Having him pay more taxes than any one of them do is simply common sense.

If you don't believe in a progressive tax system, then you either don't understand economics, or you are obscenely wealthy and greedy.

I do understand economics very well. I just do not believe in "trickle up" or "trickle down" economics. I'm not wealthy by any means, in fact I make about the average income for my area. Wanting more of what I earned myself, and being able to decide what I spend it on, if I spend it at all is not greed.

Well then, you must be enjoying that Obama tax cut for the middle class. I know I am. It put an extra $12-15 into my weekly paycheck. That's not a huge amount, but every little bit helps. I'm keeping more of my money now that I did under GW Bush.

$12/paycheck isn't going to help me do very much. In fact, I'd rather they didn't do that middle class tax cut or cash for clunkers, or the homeowners tax credit...and use that money to pay down the debt. If inflation hits, that $12 you make now is going to turn into -$24 later.

Fair enough, JohnnyAppleseed. Tell you what, cut a $12 check out of every paycheck payable to the U.S. Treasury. They'll be glad to have it back, and you can have the satisfaction of knowing you're helping pay down the debt. Doing your share, you know? Somehow, I doubt this will happen, though.

You just took a short walk from contrarianism to foolishness. If you don't notice any difference over $600 a year then you're either misrepresenting your "average" income or betraying the same kind of wastefulness that got the GOP majority voted out from Congress in 2006.

Thank you for clarifying. Even with the proposed tax increases the top tax rate will still be lower than it was under Reagan so I don't think anyone is really in danger of being taxed to death. Most of the increase comes from letting the Bush tax cuts expire anyway. When Bush gave a tax cut to the wealthy only it shifted more of the tax burden to everyone else. This change merely shifts the balance back the other way. I wouldn't describe the group affected by this change as massive though.

That's because you're not thinking like a wingnut, shaggles. See, the ONLIEST thing that counts with Faux Cons is money. The more you have, the more you count. What they'd really like is to have a system of government where you walk in with your bank balance, and for every million dollars you have, you can cast a single vote. After all, extreme wealth is a sign of God's favor, right? And we want God's chosen deciding who should run the country. And, since they have all that money, they must be smarter and more moral and upright and nice than those scummy poor people.

Higher taxes on the rich helps everyone. I wish you could talk to Warren Buffet who says the rich do not pay their fair share and he underpays what he should in taxes because of all the rich only tax cuts. We need to tax the rich at at least 65% for it to be fair and just in this country.

We are, in fact, all in this together. 'I've got mine! Screw you!' is not American.

Federal income taxes were not even enacted until 1861, in order to pay for the civil war. I guess the 100 years up until that point - you know, when the country was founded, and people were coming here in droves - people didn't live on the "I've got mine! Screw you" mentality right? Being forced to do something yourself doesn't make everyone else selfish...rather it forces you to have some personal responsibility.

You must have a very loose definition of theft. How do you feel about government borrowing to spend on entitlement programs? Essentially, that is stealing from children. Funny how you advocate for stealing from people who can't say no.

These teabaggers and anti-health reform nuts are really quite disturbing. I just watched a video clip at a teabagger protest where someone with Parkinsons was sitting on the ground with a sign in support of health reform.

One after another, the teabaggers came by, yelling and pointing in his face about how he didn't deserve something for nothing and to get a job.

Then one of the teabaggers yelled "I'll decide when you get my money" and proceeded to toss a dollar bill at him.

That's the teabagger mindset. Un-American. Selfish. Un-christian. Disgusting.

So someone is sitting outside with a sign saying that he favors the policy that is going to give him more of something that someone else earned, thus taking away from them without their say? Actually, that does sound quite disturbing.

Funny how taxing the wealthy to make sure the poor aren't starving in the streets is socialism, but stealing from the poor to add even more money to the wealthy is capitalism. Ain't that always the way?

Ronald Reagan made more millionaires with his economic policies than other prior president in history. The downside, that almost nobody ever talks aobut? He also made more homeless people with those very same policies.

The wealthy never make it all on their own. None of them. Not one. No one has ever made it completely on their own in the history of man. We are, in fact, all in this together. 'I've got mine! Screw you!' is not American. It is selfishness bordering on Old World monarchism. Why not just say 'The peasants are revolting!' and be done with it. Or, 'Let them eat cake!'?

So its theft when you feel someone has taken something from you. But its not theft when you forcefully take it from someone else (for example the next generation having to deal with our increasing debt for entitlement programs)?

It's so frigin obvious he's got it in for President Obama, based on the man's color. And he's not even trying to hide it.

You are not only ignorant, but you're also a liar. I'm African-American, but I pay little attention to what Al Sharpton says. If the African-Americans ever did what you suggest in your stupid post, many of us wouldn't be where we are today. Millions of AAs don't even think about blaming white people for our shortcomings/problems. We just keep working to advance ourselves. If we hadn't done this, we'd still be stuck where we were after the Civil War ended in 1865. What you and Limbaugh fail to understand is that we are a very resilient group of individuals.

The only people I see having a pity party on our behalf are people like you and Limbaugh who know little/nothing about any African-Americans. This is what p!sses me off about people like you. You're always running off at the mouth about something you know nothing about. You're also some of the laziest people on the planet. Instead of bothering to know what you're talking about, you take the easy route and cook up sh!t and pass it on. Until you're ready to commit yourself to backing up these BS assumptions you create and propagate with facts, you can STFU.
