His "powerful legal group" isn't even good enough to chase ambulances.

Well, in the case of Levin, the outlet and the inlet are located so near each other it's very hard to even tell them apart. Let's call it The Limbaugh Posture ;)

      Oops!

They forgot to mention the wingnuts used Deem and Pass 36 times in the last Congress they controlled. Fixed News didn't say a word.

So when you title someone " senior " somehow that lends more credence to napolitano's creds ??remember Van Susteren yesterday with Orrin Gatch ? Susteren acted as if she never read the helath Care bill by not challenging Orrin Hatch to " show me ". If Ailes didn't exist, all these guys would be back on local radio.

No Republican really wants "deem and pass" to be ruled unconstitutional. They want to be able to use it when they are back in power.

What the Republicans really hate is that they are being out-manuevered here. The Democrats are playing tough and the Republicans are a bit thrown off by that fact. Don't you think if the shoe was on the other foot that the Republicans would do the same thing? Most of them would sell their grandmother for a tax cut.

the GOP is more concerned about medical service giants that fund their campaigns instead of the end result healthier americans. sen Liebermann is the poster boy for this endeavor.
