That does it, Doocy. As of right now, you're on "double, secret probation".

Congress is empowered to make its own procedural rules, correct?

The pertinent question here is whether this Democratic Congress has CHANGED any procedural rules in order to pass health care reform or whether they are simply employing, and abiding by, the rules presently in place. If the answer is the latter, then Republicans have no reason to gripe.

You got that right. They have no reason to complain, but if they only used legit reasons to complain, they'd be mute.

These white people continue to try to put Obama and everything he does into a no-win situation. If Obama and the Democrats are able to pass Healthcare legislation they want to be able to say Democrats used unsavory tactics to achieve their goal, thereby the win is tainted. That's how advocates of the devil operate.
The truth of the matter is Democrats has done nothing that have not been done in the past; in fact, Republicans are notorious for doing whatever it takes to get what they went, including using a conservative Supreme Court judge. Just examine George W. Bush push for president and all the tricks and lies he used during his terms as commander and chief. Almost everything he done was underhanded and against the constitution.
Republicans and conservatives have absolutely no credibility or room to complaint.
These lying Fox News journalists (and most white pundits) do a disservice to their profession and the American people by ignoring the destructive actions of elected officials whose only participation in the democratic process is to obstruct and stand in the way of any progress. Wanting the president to fail should never be overlooked by the press and it should never be accepted by the American people.

Apparently, it is fun, Beck-clone. That's why Beck and Rush and the rest of the Fox/hate talk radio talkers are using it to their rating advantage.

Fox & White, Rich, Partisan, Republican Liars-for-Hire would be a more apt title for this show.
