But actually, it sounds like Obama's been declaring war on the insurance industry for a long time now, and rightfully so. How is Rush trying to spin this as a bad thing?
60% of the bankruptcy filings in America are due to medical costs...3/4 of those filers HAD INSURANCE. So yeah, it's a BIG problem and needs a 'war.'
('Cause there's no guns in this war...just more money in Blimpie's pockets.)

I just hope you aren't the one who looses their job when your company starts laying off people.
OHHHHH. You're a time-traveler. It all makes sense now.
"No it isn't. Send me a link that back up your assertion."
"Look at Harlem."
See, I can use seahawks' logic too.
"Prove it."
"Look at seahawk."
You have nothing at stake in this so just shut the hell up.
Is that also why you never source anything? Because I was thinking it was just because you didn't have any.

How's that?
Doing it after you've been told you messed up by NOT doing it doesn't remove the flaw that you didn't provide when you should have! It doesn't magically erase your shortcomings, you know.
And by the way, the "DURR AH MEANT TA DO IT" lie is weak even for you. It's like crapping your pants in public and assuring bystanders that it's okay, because you MEANT to do it. No one cares WHY you did it; you smell like sh!t either way.
1) The people will not allow it to happen again (for a while)
2) The rich/corporations will learn that a happy middle class prevents that kind of thing from happening.
This is like telling someone who lives at home how bad things will be when he moves out.
"You'll have to do your own laundry, cook your own food, pay your rent!"
Either he'll get scared and stay at home, and therefore remain in his crappy situation, or he'll move out and things will either be better or worse... But you know obviously that his current situation is not working out well for him.
As for eviction, 750,000 bankruptcies last year due to medical costs, and most of those had health insurance. What exactly is it that health insurance companies are bringing to the table again? And, you can peddle your 'boo-hoo' to the 45,000 Americans who die from lack of coverage, seahawks123. I'm sure they'll be glad to listen.
Naturally, companies like this will respond by laying off workers, not trimming their bloated bonus system, because they don't give a flying damn about their workers. And there's a bonus- they can bleat "told you so" while they hand out the pink slips.
And you'll be on the sidelines, cheering the whole time.
It's really not that complicated, but the Troglodytes have developed such a kneejerk hatred of catching up to the rest of the civilized world, they're willing to go down with the ship rather than abandon their Ayn Rand superman fantasies.
Oops, no, you didn't provide ANY link to document the circumstances and the context of the Caterpillar letter to Pelosi.
But I DID.
And it says NOTHING like what you're claiming.
In short: if Caterpillar had to pay $100 million for extra health care costs in 2007 (a lucrative year but more representative than what the company earned during the height of the recession), that would have represented just 2.8 percent of its profits.
Oh, boo hoo for them. And no, I'd rather think about the tens of millions of people who'll be getting insurance, and the tens of thousands of people who won't die because of a lack of healthcare insurance. See, because I have a brain AND a heart.
PLEASE, PLEASE stop feeding this troll. He's not interested in participating in a fair and reasonable debate on the topic.
How does the jobs bill factor into your dooms day predictions?
Limbaugh has been waging a War Against Truth for more than 20 years now.....
LMFAO.
It's a hooker?
I see you take pride in defending stupidity and you bring nothing to this discussion but childish responses.
Yeah, and, this is bad, w-h-y ??
I can't be the only one in this country who hates her health insurer . .
And of course, nothing has actually happened that rush speaks of. Im sure the insurance industry is very satisfied that this is going to be our healthcare reform. We call it reform, the CEOs of the industry are calling it the insurance bailout for the industry that has crapped all over the american people.

And Seahawks, I have a suggestion for you. You should go to a site called MEDIA MATTERS FOR AMERICA and read up on the other side of your favorite sources. It is really something to read the counter side of Freeperviller reports. Really, try MMFA and read something there. Let me know how it works out and I promise to give you more gooerest adivce later on.
And health insurance/care shouldn't be a profit center.
