I think so too, but just maybe where there is smoke there is fire.

This story is nothing new, the accusations of the money going mostly to Hannity and his cronies (including the performers,) have been around since the "Freedom Concerts" started.

As for Debbie Streusel Swirl, she's a nutcase.
She calls Media Matters "Nazi collaboraters."

That all being said, I think it's time the IRS gets on Hannity's lying butt.

Exactly. This story is at least 2-3 years old, but nobody paid attention to it when it was reported by so-called "liberal" sources. It is one of the WORST charitable organizations as far as actual benefits to the targeted recipients.

If this is true, Hannity needs to be in an orange jumpsuit with his buddy.

The tax returns are up at

It would be wonderful if, instead of mouthing off, some of us, particularly with legal skills, took a look at them to see how weird they are. To my untutored eye, they are strange, in that the main mission statement would seem to commit them to doing nothing but giving scholarships but subordinate mission statements, later in the document, would seem to include running around the country giving parties to service men as part of the mission.

Any idle lawyers out there. Particular lawyers with form 990 experience?

Anybody with a FRIEND that is a lawyer with form 990 experience. Wouldnt be wonderful to bring the wrath of the iRS down on these people.
