... pass the Senate Bill in December
... Settle on a reconciliation bill and pass it
... keep the wayward dems in line and pass the bill
That to me seems like leadership that the Democrats haven't seen in years and the Republicans are stunned and afraid because they have no strategy to defeat them except to continue their failed strategy.
When all the pundits can say are things like Armageddon and Dystopia, it's obvious to me that they are out of ideas. Pretty soon they're going to come with "you're momma's so fat" jokes.
FT: Healthcare shares rise after vote
In response to that "dystopia" crap, I'd be willing to hear what utopia is.
What are Congressional Republicans utopic solution to extraordinarily high health care costs, and to private health insurers arbitrarily deciding when to jettison "high risk" payees from their coverage, and what to do about thirty plus million uninsured Americans...
Sure, it's easy to whine about "dystopia", but what and where is utopia?
That little shill in the video clip probably has the same answer to that question that Congressional Republicans have, which is zilch zip NOTHING, NO!
Big help, thanks a lot.
Probably still right where they are now because Murdoch does not believe in journalist integrity or accountability.
"Hell in a handbasket" is a phrase my 80-something parents might say.
In other words, the Bush Misadministration.
