      Factcheck.org had an excellent article debunking this.

      Another example of how the GOP creates the lie for a talking point. Then it gets repeated and repeated until it somehow become fodder for GOP/Tea Baggers.

      "the bill signed into law (on page 131) specifically prohibits the IRS from using the liens and levies commonly used to collect money owed by delinquent taxpayers, and rules out any criminal penalties for individuals who refuse to pay the tax or those who don’t obtain coverage. That doesn’t leave a lot for IRS enforcers to do."

      But, in no way does he (wink, wink) endorse any violence against the IRS and its employees. No wonder it has been so hard to employ census takers in many areas of the country. The targets will be coming straight to your door.
