        If that's not incitement I live in Crazyland. Seriously, the FCC should step in and saction this broadcaster or something. We the PEOPLE, own the airwaves...and have the right to strip this guy of his mic.

          It certainly isn't serving any community needs, which was once a very important criterion for every broadcast licensee.

            Technically, it still is. However, listeners have to file complaints in the Public File of the local station that carries his (or any other) show. Copies should also be sent to the FCC to make sure that the station doesn't illegally 'toss' the letter of complaint (best to do via USPS in print, e-mail can be 'lost' more easily).
            The FCC is like the ACLU, they don't (can't) act without some individual (or group) filing a complaint/lawsuit.

        Exactly. These guys talk like this and mention "revolution" being necessary and "taking our country back", then they have the nerve to say that a democratically elected leader is overthrowing our country. They are beyond the fringe at this point. They are creating an entirely new space that stretches beyond the conservative right.

        Name one example when either Rush, Sean, or Glenn has called for violence. Everyone knows it is the Left that is violent. Look at any G-8, WTO, or G-20 meeting. Who is throwing the rocks and bottles - not Republicans.

        Who was arrested for threatening Eric Cantor's life - a Leftist? Liberals are very dangerous. Any liberal would be perfectly safe at any Tea Party, but if I went to an anti-war rally there is no question I would be violently attacked. As I said, it is the Left that is violent and dangerous.

              YOu know I never said that. On that awful day in November 2008, I made a commitment that I would never ever use the term President and that evil doofus' name in the same sentence. I have NEVER ONCE EVER referred to the little dirtbag by his title.

              I call him Barry, BHO, B Hussein, the Evil One, or sometimes just Hussein. I will not use his title and his name together - EVER. He does not deserve his office and is unqualified to hold it. I will not give him the respect.

      I think Rush's addiction to pain killers says it all. If he thinks Obama's election is part of some crazy conspiracy tp overthrow democracy and turn us into a socialist state, then what does he make of all those lunatic fringe vigilante groups who are preaching insurrection and calling for the ouster of 31 sitting governors, or else?
      I fear that Rush's paranoid prognostications are fanning the flames of hatred and intolerance and the louder the rhetoric grows the more emboldened these crackpot militia types will become.
