Shoot first, then aim;
Fly by the seat of the pants;
Think with the gut;
Make decisions off the top of the head.
Now that's the way to reclaim 'Murkin greatness.
The fatwas written or signed by Osama Bin Laden in 1996 and 1998 both demand the end of the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia. In the fatwa issued in 1998, bin Laden and others wrote: "For more than seven years the United States has been occupying the lands of Islam in the holiest of places, the Arabian peninsula, plundering its riches, dictating to its rulers, humiliating its people, terrorizing its neighbors, and turning its bases in the peninsula into a spearhead through which to fight the neighboring Muslim peoples" (see February 22, 1998). [Nation, 2/15/1999]
October 2002: "You are the worst civilization witnessed by the history of mankind: You are the nation who, rather than ruling by the Shariah of Allah in its Constitution and Laws, choose to invent your own laws as you will and desire. You separate religion from your policies, contradicting the pure nature which affirms Absolute Authority to the Lord and your Creator."
So we occupy Islamic lands or i guess countries with governments that are rules by Islamic governments and because our own government is not a theocracy is basically what bin ladin;s reason was. Experts say our cold war tactics in afghanistan, iran, the persian gulf and israel involvement may or may not have something to do with the attacks. Some think osama simply wanted to elicit a tremendous US military response that would antagonize the Muslim world and create many more radical states and people.
nah, too good to be true.
