The comparison of this law to Nazism is more appropriate than any of the uses of the term that Beck has used.

I might add that nobody is comparing the extermination of the Jews to this law, they are comparing the creation of a separate class of citizens who will be questioned by police upon a "reasonable suspicion" which can be based upon nothing but their appearance and who are now required to carry explicit identification papers with them at ALL times.

Might i suggest that AZ citizens start wearing some sort of badge that identifies them as "Not an Arizona Illegal" or short "N A Z I". The badge could be star shaped as the star in the AZ flag. Yellow would be an easy color to spot. And oh, it's AryanZona from now on!

and this is how it began in Germany. Anyone who says otherwise is a poor student of history. Just because it's "us" doesn't mean this law isn't as draconian as the steps that led to the Nuremberg Laws.

Nice to see our Constitutional hero defending the 4th and 14th amendment. . . . .NOT!

Everyone needs to SIMMA DOWN NOW. This law is unconstitutional and will not stand.

You keep forgetting that the most important amendement is the 2nd and the 10th. everything else is just baggage, especially the 16th.

Parallels? How about associations? You like playing the association game don't you, Becky?

Well, so does Dave Neiwert at C&L:

I can hear Beck saying "Wait this law does not discriminate against latinos, it applies to all people in Arizona. A policeman can stop anybody, so it is completely fair."

Oh my God!!! This guy is such a hypocrite! I am not sure how many times he said, but he had compared everything that is progressive to Nazi's! So he must be, to put it in his own words "Out if his mind!" It would explain a lot of things then, now that he admits it!
