No, she trucks in fear mongering, lies, slander, innuendo, rabble rousins, but hey, she's a blond so all bets are off.

Who's Juan Williams kidding? "Trucking in rhetoric" is Ann Coulter's stock in trade, her calling card, her raison d'etre. It's all she does. She doesn't run a business, she doesn't practice law, she doesn't produce anything with her hands. All she does is go on TV and lecture hall stages to talk. And talk. And talk, the more outlandish and far fetched her words, the better it suits her.

...and don't forget she keeps her hands in her hair constantly. I wonder what she looks like with her hair pull back? I betcha' the ears look like handles.

        I know childish but I couldn't resist.

It's strange to act as some sort of apologist for AC. If I was on that network (shudder) as the "opposition" or whatever limp progressive they feature I'd let her hang herself. She's pretty good at it.

Anne Coulture will never find the place in wingnuts hearts Simple Sara has.Her mistake is that she always tries to be a smart-_ss.This is where she loses hearts.Republicans so-called conservatives, and tea bagger men like their women dumb. They like Simple Sara because there is no doubt that many men are smarter that her.Anne Coultuer being smart and pretending to be dumb does not sell to the republicans anymore. You now have to really be dumb.

Actually, it isn't Palin's dumbness; it's her mock-submissiveness to men. She always plays it cutesy with male conservatives (while spewing bile at all liberals, of course). Ann hates all the right people, but even those wingnuts who find her attractive can tell she'd be the most nagging girlfriend ever.

You must not be aware of their new darling, S.E. Cupp. This new woman is so outrageous she claims to be an atheist who is "defending" Christianity by saying that science is a direct attack on the faith. It's sad how dumb they have to come across. Remember poor Bobby Jindal's response to the president? And he's an Ivy League grad. Sad.

Yeah but Cupp is one of the new types of personalities who they try to say is "smart". She, like Annie, is an Ivy League grad but just like their male counterparts Jindal and D'Souza they say some of the most outrageous and ignorant crap. The sad part is I really do believe these guys are smart but have to dumb down to get a date with the GOP and get on Fox. My wife's theory is that the line is shorter over there because on the left you have many smart people already so to get to the front of their line they justify the dumbness with their credentials. Sad.

Poor Ann. She has been relegated to 2nd class conservative citizenship. She has been out crazied by Beck, out publicized by Bachmann and out fashionistaed by Palin (time to lose the little black dress Ann) and she is even less funny than Dennis Miller (not sure if that was even possible). Alas, she is desperately in trying to get her mug back on TV and it is a sorry state of affairs for her when she doesn't even get much face time on Fox. Expect the rhetoric to escalate; Ann is being ignored even by the people who like her.

supports and promotes Coulter, O'reily, hannity. He sold out for the money. Shame on you Juan!

To me, Ann Coulter is starting to look like the "old face" of the GOP parrot cage. She enrages me with her little black dress on her emaciated frame, one shoulder bare, the other covered by her bleached blonde hair, and botoxed out of human emotion.

S.E. Cupp, now there's GOP spin I would gladly get behind, if you know what I mean. (It's because she's cute, and not the clone of the Cryptkeeper.)

I believe that it was the Beatles who once said:

The best things in life are free
But you can keep them for the birds and bees
        Now give me money
        That's what I want

Between Juan Williams and Ann Coulter, I would say that Juan's remarks are much more damaging here. Conservatives have constructed their understanding of the news and opinion with their typical heads I win, tails you lose structure. When they hear Juan say something that is kind of liberal, they just identify it as liberal and ignore it or deny it, because liberals are either "evil" or "liars". If Juan says something that seems to reinforce a conservative preconception or bias, it has to be true, because it is obviously so true that even a liberal has to admit it or something like that. This is the "logic" of the liberal media myth. There are liberals like this as well, but it has been institutionalized on the right.
