So is the split going to be mocked by anyone who's NOT a divorced man?

Keep in mind that the Gores are separating, not divorcing (at least not yet).

If they DO reconcile, expect the Becks of the world to castigate them for THAT. MY prediction is that the Republican meme will be "sham marriage" they're faking in order to further their careers.

Already the talk in my office. Apparently, two of the women in my office were offended by some kiss the two of them had on TV. One was grosssed out and the other was convinced that if you smooch like that in public, you aren't in private. Me, I don't know. I just hope that doesn't happen to me in a few years.

Smearing the Gores gives you a hint about Glen Beck, and his apology for mocking the President's daughter. He's just a low-life, bottom-feeder whose sense of humor is as bad as his "jounalistic" abilities. If this type of programming is permissable, I guess Glenda has tacitly approved of personal attacks on his own personal life. Good luck with that Glen.

Nope. He married his wife in 1983.

And he got caught having sex with younger men, do you think that means him and his wife have an open marriage?

I dunno... 40 years of marriage seems like something you might want to celebrate instead of laughing about.

And just for the record, I'm sure Mrs. Becky must rely heavily on her imagination when the pudgy gopher waddles into their bedroom.

I bet Glenn would be rolling in the aisle at a joke regarding the "Mary Beck Swimming Academy."

I think that Glenn needs to review the 12 steps from AA, in particular steps 4-7 regarding the moral inventory and the desire to address and remove shortcomings identified in said inventory. He appears to be sorely lacking in this area.

As someone who could have done without the big kiss at the 2000 convention, I really don't need this from Beck.

I think it was Letterman who referred to that as "not an actual kiss; it's the female depositing her egg sac in the male's throatpouch for fertilisation".
So, that's how a PROFESSIONAL comedian tells a joke.

We'll see if Glennie makes it past 15 years of marriage. Frankly, given his reaction to women over 45, I would be surprised.

So when is Beck gonna start finding things that unite us and not be a loudmouth anymore? I keep waiting for him to fulfill his promise, guess I'll be dead before it happens.
