        Also, the more terrorists there will be, giving terrorists a major talking point to explain American imperialism and their lack of rules and accountability when they recruit.

        Add to that stupid statement, GW's recent admission to waterboarding that made him the world poster child for war crimes, and you surely get a feel for how utterly disconnected so many in my own party are regarding morality. Amazing how they stray so far from the American Values of our past. Frankly, they could feel right at home in the Nazi party of WW2. What a sad day for our country. So I guess Ingraham has just given any country permission to treat her children who might end up as POWs the same way Bush treated people in Gitmo. Bush has provided hundreds of our POW's who were in Gitmo with the tools to hate us for the rest of their lives. How disgusting can a President get!

      Well, Laur, since it's so "wildly effective", why don't you pull an O'Reilly, spend a few days there, and tell us how "luxurious" it is?

      While you're at it, you can even volunteer to be waterboarded -- you'll being showing more 'nads than Hannity . . .

      wildly effective at what? being a prison??? Im pretty sure every prison in the country is more effective than gitmo. I would love to hear what exactly makes gitmo effective at anything>

        It is an effective recruiting tool for Islamic terrorists. Maybe this is what the useless rw mouthpiece is referring to. I heard on NPR yesterday about a guy in TX who has been locked up after an FBI investigation found that he was trying to help al Qaeda. I doubt if Fuchs Noose will report on this in any detail because the guy is not a Muslim.

      Wildly effective as right wing porn. Never mind the facts about all of the negative consequences, just knowing Gitmo is there is enough to get the typical Fox fan's crotch up to Threat Level Red.
