I think we can now safely conclude that Rush was not able to figure out how to unlock his new bride's chastity belt.

Or, maybe he's already used up all the conjugal visits stipulated by the Pre-Nup. Now she gets to spend his money.

It also appears that our "fraud" of a President who refuses to meet with White CEO's has managed to get BP to set up a 20 billion dollar trust fund to compensate the oil spill victims! Choke on it Blimpy! I am sure you have heard that before!

That's because he had his boot on someone's throat and found someone's ass to kick. I understand that BP needs to compensate in full the people around the Gulf, I just don't think that Constitutionally the Government can force a company to set up a trust fund like this.

A question, can you ever post an original thought or do you just post whatever you see posted on freerepublic?

What happened to that "college book" on critical thought you were quoting the other day? Obviously, you never read any of it or attempted to integrate any of its teachings into your life.

It doesn't matter if it's "Constitutional" or not. BP agreed to set up the escrow account. Oh, and squawks, in case you missed this BP is a BRITISH corporation.

Who cares if they are British or not. His words by the way. Find in the Constitution where the Government has the right to force any corporation to set up a fund in this manner. The only time you guys like the Constitution is when it comes to collecting taxes, killing fetus, giving rights to terrorists and illegal aliens, burning the flag and defacing the cross. Also keeping religeon as far away from schools as possible. Your annointed one Obama looked weak last night and everyone that didn't have their head up his ass kissing it saw that.

Find the part of the Constitution that authorizes the Air Force. Or the Internet. How interesting, by the way, that you just went ahead and listed all the things about the Constitution that you hate (separation of church and state, freedom of expression,
right to due process). And lastly:
              collecting taxes

Hey loser? If no one pays taxes, there's no money for wars in the Middle East to blow up brown people and help you sleep at night. Think about that, but not too hard. Oh, and stop using my roads and policemen, freeloader.

There is nothing in the Constitution which would prohibit the President from asking a FOREIGN corporation to establish a fund to repay the people who are being damaged by its CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. Why are you supporting the indefensible, squawks? Because the ridiculously NON-CONSERVATIVE jackasses you listen to on television and the radio told you that you were supposed to?

I'm anti-abortion, squawks, I don't believe in it. The Constitution and our laws; however, don't prohibit it and they give women the right to choose. If you cared about the Constitution, you'd understand that. The Constitution also gives Congress the right to levy taxes. Terrorists, just like any other criminal including "illegal aliens", have the same rights under our Constitution. Burning the flag, which I find distasteful and wrong, has been found to be Constitutional under the First Amendment right of free speech. I don't like it, but the Constitution says it's legal. Defacing the cross has nothing to do with the Constitution, but in most jurisdictions, it is considered a felony to deface a venerated object. Religion is not kept away from schools. As a Southern Baptist, however, I believe what our founders and Jesus Christ believed [contrary to the bull hockey that Beck and Barton are currently spewing] . . . religion and government should be kept separate. When they are blended, they both suffer.

Obama is NOT my "anointed" one, he is simply the president of the United States. I will say, again, that your constant use of terms like this and your usual use of the term "Messiah" to describe him is offensive to Christians.

I didn't see weakness last night, squawks. I saw a president explaining to the American public what was going on in the Gulf.

Carry on, Dr. Squawks, and continue to show your ignorance. It's great for a laugh. You're not a conservative, squawks. You have no concept of what that term means.

          Liar.
I just don't think that Constitutionally the Government can force a company to set up a trust fund like this.

If anyone cared what you thought, you wouldn't be seaschmuck. And despite your daydreams, companies are still supposed to be held accountable when they're guilty of criminal negligence. Now run along until you come up with some witty retort involving how George Washington said BP is infallible and/or farts.
