        If this was Stalin's Russia, Rush would have been shot a long time ago. Limbaugh knows it isn't, which is why he can make his lying accusations without fear.

      You're right Dumbo...let's not have any hearings, let's not have any investigation...hell, as a matter of fact, lets have BP pull the cap off, let the oil fill the Gulf and with God's help, all that oil will wash up in your backyard!!!

      I didn't know Stalinist Russia had privately owned {foreign} oil companies who were responsible for an unprecedented ecological disaster.

      Well, if they are show trials, they've been having show trials in Congress for as long as I can remember. It's called INVESTIGATION. Don't remember any of them being even CLOSE to what happened in Stalinist Russia.

      I want to see Congress hold televised hearings on the need for bringing back the Fairness Doctrine - with Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, G. Gordon Liddy, Michael Reagan, Neal Boortz, Jim Quinn, Laura Ingraham, and Michelle Malkin all called to testify under oath.....

        If people want to listen to people complain about America, rich people, lack of government hand outs, then there would be a market for it. It's been tried. It was called Air America. Bombed like Obama will. No one want's to be subject to you guys whining all the time. Why don't you try to get your own show?

      So your saying that BP is like the Catholic Church; that kept the criticizes poor and uneducated, and they had everyone pay them a pendent? Plus anyone that was was rich was made rich by the taxes that was applied to the poor. You do know that Stalinist Russia was the out come of being under Church rule for over 300 years right.

      a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.Rush knows there were show trials under Stalin. he doesnt really know what they were, or if they could possibly be compared to BP hearings, but that doesnt matter. his audience hears what they want to hear, and it confirms in a fuzzy kind of way their fears that obama is a socialist.meanwhile rush and his audience can continue to wallow in their own filth, dreamily certain that they have all the answers

      I seem to recall a "show trial" in the Senate back around '98-'99 . . . it was the end result of seven years and $70 million in taxpayer-funded investigation.

      It had something to do with a stained blue dress . . .
