Actually even as a Republican I must admit it is far worse than that. He is a racist, and that explains everything. He is a bad news guy for Republicans because he promotes his dittohead silliness and group think. Sad to say, he hooks a lot of Republicans these days. But Rush's "man-boy" comments about our President of the United States just shows how out of kelter his drinking and drug use may have driven him. In the end, he is to be pittied!

Who in their right mind would actually believe this nonsense. How would someone so hell bent on destroying this country get so far?

Hey I heard someone I work with talking today about how Obama traveled to the former USSR, and met with Putin, and Putin taught him how to install communism in the United States.

Jesus, even if a court wanted to repeal the constitution I have no idea how they'd actually go about it as doing so would be, well, unconstitutional.

At any rate, sounds like Rush is competing with Glenn Beck a little harder each day by joining him on the express train to Crazy Town.

      All aboard...

From the group of yehaws who are dominating the Court right now, I wouldn't be surprised. . .

I bet if it was a right wing idea they'd be all for it, and the 5 dingbats on the court would probably go along with it.

Nah, they're Constitutional to the core. It's more likely that they'll declare all amendments beyond the 10th to be unconstitutional, since the Founders didn't sign off on them.

Sorry, Rush, but have you been listening to the news today? The S.Ct. is already "packed" and is doing its darnedest to "repeal the Constitution" as we speak. Obama appointed one. The rest, with the exception of Breyer and Gingsburg were appointed by Republican presidents.

The S.Ct. justices should not show ANY political ideology in their decisions.

Rush Limbaugh has sex with animals and then afterwards drowns them.

So easy to make claims when you don't need facts or evidence.

Of course, anyone paying attention knows the Court will likely remain obscenely weighted the right throughout Obama's first term, and probably through a second, unless one of the Troglodytes on the Court dies or retires, which is unlikely.

I have a hard time believing that concepts such as corporate personhood would ever be embraced by a true originalist, but that's the majority view on the court we have now.

Packing? Was Bush packing the court when he appointed Roberts and Alito? I didn't hear any complaints from Rush then.

Exactly. Since when is appointing a replacement for a retiring member "packing"?

I've thought it would be fun to start the rumor that President Obama, by Executive Order, has increased the Supreme Court to 11 members and has filled those seats by recess appointments (Cass Sunstein & Dawn Johnsen, anyone?}. Hey, maybe I just did. Sound of heads exploding.

I still like the idea of Cornell West being on the SC. I would pay to see Scalia's face when he entered the chamber. Priceless.

If the SCOTUS repealed the Constitution, that would mean dismantling the SCOTUS as well, and I don't know any Supreme Court justices that are prepared to rule themselves out of a job.

Rush's hyperbole is becoming so hyperbolic I fear he might start making sense on total accident.

Pretty sure regardless of who is on the court (Kagan is a moderate by the way), they can't repeal the Constitution.

I don't get how someone can say this, and Glenn Beck's "racist" remark is "over the line." Our priorities sure are weird.

Politifact wouldn't even touch a lie this blatant.
