I think Elena Kagan is far too educated to serve we the people...

The "voodoo doll" reference was strange, rich for the sound of it but poor and forgettable for not really making sense...

But the RAP SHEET reference was great, backed up by Sen. Kyl's own words, words that made it sound terrible to be Princeton or Harvard educated, and to live on Manhattan's Upper West Side...

Do you know what a 2BR 2 BTH apartment goes for on the UWS?

Do you have any idea what a townhouse costs there?

Not only should we be so lucky to graduate from Princeton or Harvard, we should be so lucky to get the fawk out of Queens and find a place we could afford on the Upper West Side!

But it's okay to live in that house on C Street at a reduced rate.

I'm sure if Kagan isn't approved (unlikely from the sound of it) it will be declared the end of Obama's Presidency. Never mind Harriet Myers.

If the GOP could make a nerf arrow lethal to President Obama's political activity. There would be a major spike in sales of nerf arrows.
