Was Sheryl Crow referring to Rush Limbaugh in the song "All I Wanna Do"? You know, where she's in a bar next to an ugly guy "and I wonder if he's ever had a day of fun in his whole life."

Why don't we nationalize el Fathead?

Strip him of all his money, airlift him over Great Britain and drop him off?

Oh well, guess we'll have to wait for Obama's second term.

Yeah, I'm sure Rush was outraged in the 80s when President Reagan provided amnesty for 1.7 million people.

probably helped Bush Sr. win in 1988.

Exactly. Hispanics, who are the targets of this hate, are quite conservative. Historically, they've voted Republican. Rush knows that.

It worked well for the Republicans. It helped get President Bush elected. It created the largest minority group that supported the GOP and it was done on the behest of the Agricultural industry who thought that they would lose the ability to harvest their crops if they tried to criminalize immigration for the first time in American history.

So I guess you can call it a success for the GOP and the Agricultural industry.

What were you referring to Seahawk? How was it a failure? Immigration is a good thing, or did your family come over on the Mayflower (the very first illegal immigrant)

Well, since it wasn't a comprehensive immigration reform bill, it didn't work very well.

A better bill WILL work better. And if you think we haven't learned from that effort, you are even more stupid than we already think you are.

Limp-bloat will blow a gasket if Obama were ever to get an amnesty bill passed, but imagine how he would have reacted if George W. Bush's amnesty legislation had gone through.

So when Reagen granted amnesty to millions in the 80's it was okay. Having a pathway to becoming a citizen that could take years; and grant people the right for millions to work and pay taxes is a bad idea?

Rush the crap coming from you mouth stinks, go and brush your teeth with the truth.

It is to these folks because they hate Mexicans.
They remember longingly to the days of Ellis Island, when their hatred was towards the Irish, Pols, and Italians immigrants... although, back then there was no such thing as an illegal immigrant.

Who do you imagine is going to beat him? Because I'm 99% sure Reagan's remains can't run (although if Palin is allowed to, they should be too, since there's more neuron activity in their case).

Say, seahawks, who do you see as the Republican candidate in 2012? Because, viewed objectively, they've got NO ONE who stands a chance of beating Obama. Seriously, look at the numbers. Even Rasmussen supports that.
Endlessly lying about Obama still isn't going to give the Repubs a viable candidate...

I'm going to ask you to do something very difficult for you. But, think about this nonesense for a second or two. Even if the President granted Anmesty today to all illegal immigrants, they would not meet the requirements to become citizens by 2012.

But, the President doesn't have to do anything to get the latino vote, the republicons are pratcically begging for them to vote Democratic for the forseeable future.
