We should have seen this coming, since Obama still hasn't produced any evidence that he was born on this planet. Looks like we'll be enduring another 2 years of The Greys as we undergo their observation and the terror of anal probes...

Well guess what, Rushey? If terrorists don't have any rights, how the heck are you gonna continue with that stupid terror-filled hate fest that you call a radio show?

Fun fact: undocumented immigrants have all the same rights as American citizens (well, except for privileges that requires citizenship - voting, etc.). Everyone who lives in this country, whether legally or not, is considered under the jurisdiction of the federal government and the states in which they reside, and are hence protected by the 14th Amendment. (see Plyler v. Doe)

He wants America to abide by certain standards. That is to say that we shall treat all people (foreign and domestic) with basic human dignity unless the circumstances call for us to act otherwise. If a "terrorist" is attempting to murder people, and the FBI or whoever has a chance to take them out, by all means they can do that without question. But that cannot be equated to the undocumented worker who got hurt in the US and is seeking medical attention. That worker deserves to be treated with the same amount of dignity as an American citizen would. Our priority as "beacons to the world" or a "shining city on the hill" should be to help people before we try to categorize them. BTW I used "beacons to the world" and "shining city on the hill" because those are phrases that many conservatives (who champion against immigration) use to talk about how great they beleive America should be. So great that they want to keep it all for themselves. Why? Because they were here first (although their ancestors more than likely were immigrants also. Some of whom took land that belonged to someone else.)

Is this supposed to be entertainment? How is it this guy (and a host of others) is allowed to lie - and in turn get paid so obscenely in the process? Free speech? Ha - more like very expensive speech in the land of opportunism.

Wait what, Russian spies have more rights then us: maybe under Bush since they have been here for 10 years. One more thing were in the constitution does it say that only American citizens are protected within this country? So what people like Rush are saying that visitors from other countries do not have rights when in the U.S.

The Bill of Rights already applies to undocumented immigrants. It reads "Persons", not "Citizens", have the rights enumerated therein. Poor Rush, I remember Dean Wormer's line in Animal House: "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son."
