    Of course Limbaugh thinks what he says is true. If you lived in an alternate universe and take pills all the time, some make him smaller and others make him larger (those are the ones he prefers), you would consider what you say is logical. Tweedledom and Tweedledee, (Brietbart and O'Keefe) are always scrupulous about getting the truth out. Rushbo reminds me of the hookah smoking caterpiller, who thinks that what he says is important. Beck would be the mad hatter and Hannity is the doormouse.

  He seems very sure that his listeners won't check, or won't believe everyone's conclusion: that this was a spiteful, hateful smear, with no basis in fact.
  
  Surely this will show even the faithful that their boy has no morality, and sides plainly with the spiteful and the hateful. This may move some of Rush's supporters, but not the ones who like him this way. Spiteful. Hateful. Not interested in a better country.

        I took it as a reference to Apocalypse Now. Colonel Kilgore speaks those exact words when they're taking a beach on the Mekong Delta so they can go surfing. As far as I know, that's the original source of the line.
