      It took it more as "the Arizona legislature needs to have very specific criteria in identifying illegal immigrants and how to deal with them."

        Rush had better hope a similar immigration doesn't pass in Florida less he'd have to get a housekeeping staff he'd have to pay more than 23 cents a day, and not charge 50 cents room & board for the gracious option of sleeping in his tool shed and eating his Ramen noodles.

        This should have be self apparent to every sentient being with two brain cells to knock together right from the start!

        You can't just go around harrassing legal immigrants - and CITIZENS (!) for no reason other than looking Mexican!

        DUH!

        And they say it's not about RACE. Well... what OTHER measn would have to identify a potential illegal? NONE. And how many false positives do you think you'd get?

        Well, seeing as how it's ARIZONA... Probably a lot. Mathmatically, you might express it like this:

        [1 - (illegals they actually find / everyone in AZ with a suntan)]

        And it would be ~99%. Yeah, really great law. And they wonder why we call them racist! Because you'd HAVE to be racist to think that ration and that burden is remoetly acceptable!!! Harrassng Mexicans, illegal or otheriwise, is the only thing this law accomplishes!

        The law's both absurd and uneccessary. Kind of like the lion's share of our immigration system. It's all about keeping out the Mexicans. (Racism.) It just don't make a lick of damned sense any from any other perspective.

      Sounded like Rush was struggling there a bit, to try to make it sound like what it wasn't. He's slipping. That used to just come natural to him.

      Wait, wait - it sounds (and reads!) like the judge made a decision based on some clearly defined parameters set by the Constitution. A strict interpretation of the Constitution.

      But you're saying she's an "activist" judge.
      As a devoted Dittohead, I'm confused.

      Should I be hating immigrants, the judge or the Constitution? Just tell me who to hate on this matter and I'll do it without question.

      What the heck is he ranting about? The Govenor of Arizona wants this to go the Supreme Court. Arizona has a better chance of the Arizona law being upheld, given the makeup of the Supreme Court.

      Who is he trying to kid?

            Even with the Supremes loaded with conservatives, how could they possibly justify a state law superseding a Federal law?

      first of Rush, Right Winger have no common sense, second off Rush the law is "UNCONSTITUTIONAL." The law is a clear violation of the 4, 10 and 14 Amendment; but you would not know that since your have never read it.

      Lastly Rush since when does any state have a right to defend it's self from an invasion, without the rest of the U.S. involved?
