      I still fondly remember the old days of this show. And while I realize that tv programs need to evolve to continue to appeal to a contemporary audience, it just doesn't have the same comedic tension when Wilma is on Fred's side.

      Hannity is stupid, ignorant, ill-informed, or some combination thereof.

      The federal government isn't asserting any equal protection (i.e., "profiling") claims in its lawsuit against Arizona, but the primacy of federal law in dealing with international matters. We can't have 50 separate foreign policies.

      But for Hannity, it's going to be "race, race, race" and "Mexicans, Mexicans, Mexicans", from wall to wall until November. That is the Republican strategy.

      It is really, really hard for me to believe that in the United States of America, this is happening in 2010. But it is.
