      As I told the other MM here yesterday, before you shoot your mouth off, try actually reading the law.

      Glenn, as you always ask, "Have you read the freaking law??????"

      And, having read it, have you talked to a lawyer about what it means, and why it reads as it does?

      If not -- and the answer to at least the second of those questions is clearly "no" -- then stop shooting your mouth off in complete ignorance. This subject should be able to be understood even by a peabrain such as you, Glenn.

      So is Beck against private enterprise? Does he want SEC firms to have to disclose their proprietary business info so that all thei competitors will know what their working on? Because that's pretty much all they don't have to disclose. WHy does Beck hate capitalism?
