Oh yea, if it was some major Democratic contributor, FOX would have already been going on the bandwagon to throw the slobs in jail (showing some invalid film clips of minorities in jail) and make them eat stone soup.

I believe this guy's noise can maybe be downgraded, into a less serious category, like "Stuff That No Sane Person Would Ever Take Seriously."

True, I'm not kidding I mean it, this guy seems to be veering intentionally into a ridiculous category, where it's almost a waste of time citing this stuff... "barbed wire" and "rock soup"?

What's that truly got to do with anything real or topical?

      Nothing.

Glenn's got good reason to worry about going to prison: he's got connections to fraud artists Goldline on one side, and the Tides gunman on the other. At the very least, he's got a subpoena in his future.
But the smart money says Beck will face justice because of something he himself does.(I'm thinkin' a lot of dirt will come out soon- probably at the end of August...)

They were complaining about the vince foster days! They were describing those days as bad based on a manufactured right wing hysteria campaign. Then they say its worse now, based on their own manufactured right wing hysteria campaign. Now they worry about being behind barbed wire based on their own manufactured right wing hysteria campaign.

Funny how the vince foster days are clinton's fault. Beck totally misses the irony of him describing clinton as the vince foster days in the middle of one of his rants.

          Well what's wrong with THAT?!

I mean... they weren't racist until we got a black president! Right?

So it IS all Barack's fault! If it weren't for him, all this racism would still be hidden. Because of him, now it's all exposed!!!

How long has it been since Beck has been telling people Obbama is sending people after him, George Soros maybe was on his way to take Beck off TV and radio or something?

I say its been about 2 months AT LEAST since I started noticing the trend of "they're after ME!!" talk from Beck, so I gotta ask.

Whats the F***IN hold up Obama, I thought this guy had the Secret Service, FBI, U.S Army, Marines, under his command, wheres the SWAT teams, aren't these all the envy of well the world?!

Come on liberals, get a move on its not that hard to find Glenn

"Hey you guys! Remember the days when people THOUGHT that people were getting murdered in the parks?!!" Never mind reality, according to Glenn, what's more important is what a certain group of dummies believed because they heard it on the radio. Thanks to Obama stepping in after the disasterous Bush presidency and preventing another republican Great Depression you aren't eating rock soup Glenn. Your welcome.

Apparently, Beck has never actually read Stone Soup. He is one of the strangers who came into a village, tired and hungry, and CONNED the folks of the village into preparing a miraculous "stone soup" after the starving villagers refused to share their meager stores of food. The strangers began to make the "stone soup" and the villagers came to them to see what was going on . . . as they came, each one brought whatever they were hoarding and added it to the soup. In the end, there was enough food to fill all of the villagers' empty stomachs . . . the moral of the story is one of community involvement being beneficial to all. I don't really think Beck would use that reference if he knew what the hell he was talking about.

recipe for "stone soup" as adapted from the story. Sounds pretty danged good.

It does . . . also sounds like a very good soup.

The original story is a folk tale which has roots in many cultures. Marcia Brown wrote the one that I read as a child and that my children read as children. They spent a whole week on the story. It was a teaching exercise in cooperation and community contribution. This was taught at a private, conservative Christian school. Each child was responsible for bringing a soup recipe to add to the "Stone Soup" cookbook. They had Stone Soup for lunch one day and had a BLAST.

          Bad reference, Beck, really bad.

We had pinto beans and fried potatoes one night and fired potatoes and pinto beans the next during lean times when I was growing up . . . still love potatoes cut in cubes, added to chopped onion, salt, pepper and cornmeal and fried in a cast iron skillet until the onions are caramelized and the corn meal is crunchy. LOL!

Hey, that sounds pretty good. We still have beans and cornbread once a week. You can feed 4 people for about $5.00, even less if you use dried beans.

I am amazed at Beck's talents for coming up with something negative or a conspiracy on any occasion at any time. Give him a room full of puppies and a vision of butterflies, and his genius for conspiracy will go to work. There are no depths to which he will not plunge--when he hits bottom, he keeps digging.
