"When you invite a middle-aged moralist to address you, I suppose I must conclude...that you have a taste for middle-aged moralizing."

God is getting OlD... maybe God can not do Everything he/she/it has done in the Past !
So it was taking place back during the hunter gatherer stage of development? It was taking place when people were practicing the second oldest profession--farming? Why didn't they just take care of it then? Well, maybe it wasn't such a big deal.
Maybe he didn't appreciate the Hubble showing the real age of the universe when George had his own proof it was only 6,000 years old ....
Latest ratings for glenn beck's show are in!
An analysis of these ratings reveals that beck's audience is down to those few people, maybe three hundred in the whole country, who are delusional enough to think "God is under attack", or other similar crazy thoughts (like "the U.S. government is coming to get you, barricade the door and arm yourselves!"), but the same ratings graph reveals also that this is now glenn beck's target audience... he has gained such a fast and wide reputation for nonsense, that he has decided to target just those people, just crazies, and never mind anybody else or anybody sane, his reputation is ruined with them and is ridiculous among the sane portion of the population... please note that the graph falls beneath the baseline or zero point: this is to reflect that glenn beck has resorted to pretending he has an audience when none actually exists, like in the above audio clip, where the shill referred to as "Gina" is obviously someone that beck has arranged to call him, someone contrived and in league with him, it may even have been Sarah Palin it kind of sounded like her.
Keep up the great work!
Where's Nerzog?
<grin>
he believed in love and peace and never wore no shoes
long hair, beard and sandals and a funky bunch of friends
reckon they'd just nail him up if he come down again

Always the radical with somewhat of an obsessive personality, Joy Davidman, like many intellectuals in the 1930s and 1940s, proclaimed herself disillusioned with capitalism and the "American system." Joy flirted with Communism during these tumultuous years. And while she never came close to becoming a doctrinaire Marxist, she did advocate socialism over capitalism, especially since the latter system, to her mind, had failed and caused the Great Depression. Joy actually joined the Communist Party but found the meetings and most of the members quite boring. If she never advocated or expected the overthrow of capitalism, she did indeed enjoy criticizing both Democrats and Republicans who she believed were less enlightened than the supposedly heroic socialists who led the U.S.S.R.
