If you actually watched the clip you might've figured out that Simmons is just a guest. The host is actually opposed to his point of view.

What is about the Founding Father that the right loves to make up crap. Many of the Founders did not like the idea of government keeps secrets from the people. Thomas Jefferson even said that doing so is an act of treason against the people.

No were in the Constitution does it state that the government can keep secrets from its electorate.

Funny, I call Fox "News" "a terrorist organization". Guess it's a matter of opinion?

Man, talk about your empty arguments. By Simmons' standards you could argue that the NRA is a terrorist organization that hides behind the Second Amendment.

If the truth is a threat to America, then the government is guilty of wrongdoing. It is never a wrong thing for the American public to be told the truth. The truth would've kept us out of Iraq, just for one example. Also, if you're going to discuss the legal actions of wikileaks, why don't you have a legal scholar on, rather than an intelligence agent?

One last thing: If telling the truth is getting wkileaks in trouble, why isn't someone investigating Fox Propaganda's blatant lies? Napalitano, can you answer that one?

I think I have a different perspective on this one. My husband is in Afghanistan and could be in even more danger now thanks to Americas "right to know". There are definitely things that we should know but there is also sensitive info that should absolutely NOT be released. It has always had to be that way during a war. There are things that must be done that nobody wants to or needs to know. Some of this information could get someone killed. Thanks for nothing Wikileaks.

What?! Is Fox actually AGREEING with President Obama??!!

After all, Obama isn't happy about the Wikileaks release, either -- though he hasn't referred to them as a "terrorist organization."

      Still -- this on the heels of JAN slamming AZ's anti-immigration law as "anti-American" . . .

That's twice in one day! What is Fox coming to? :=)

Using that logic, the Bush administration was a "terrorist organization" because they lied to the American people for 8 straight years. Thanks, Mr. Simmons.

So, if FukxNuz supported & encouraged "the Bush administration" [sic],
wouldn't that make FukxNuz a "terrorist organization" as well?

An excellent display of logic, ProgLib and native. There's nothing like it. Too bad we can't turn this skill into an injectable vaccine. So many on the right sure could use an inoculation ASAP. It really pains me to see the politicians and members of the media intentionally mislead them. They are our fellow citizens in spite of our ideological/political differences.

"Too bad we can't turn this skill into an injectable vaccine. "
Unfortunately, cugag, your entire dispatch was at best...ambiguous. And your derelict, above-quoted, statement was also, at best...nebulous. Perhaps you were attempting to use satire?

BTW, cugag, what "skill" were you referring to? Of what import would an "injectable vaccine" [sic] have? For that matter, please define the causative agent involved. Remember, purgatives are most disingenuous, notwithstanding.
