See? He's not saying Obama's a Muslim. So no one accuse him of that.

Reminds me of The Brady Bunch episode where Greg insists adhering only to "exact words." Yeah, a Brady Bunch reference, but that's the mentality on display at EIB.

I've seen my stepson do something similar. He'll wet his index finger with as much spit as he can and dangle it close to his sister saying, "I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you."

Limbaugh--a man who has the maturity and sense of humor of an 11 year old.

11-year-old? You are giving him much credit. My 8-year-old was looking over my shoulder while I was reading an online piece on how Obama was controlling the news on the internet. My son's comment was,"If Obama is controlling the internet, how can we be reading this?" Smart boy, huh?

Well, see, sometimes our secret muslin* President likes to visit the Vineyard with his family, and Rush is just showing genuine concern over whether or not Obama can practice his secret muslin*-Kenya-fascist-commie-librul-terrorist religion there. That's all, bintx.

*These deliberate misspellings highlight my total lack of respect for the (absent) thought processes of this highly over-rated and terribly unimportant little boy-child-man named Rush Limbaugh. I do not believe Rush could adequately explain the difference between muslin and Muslim, even with the aid of a dictionary, encyclopedia, and labeled diagrams.

No, he was just questioning why the Greek Orthodox church that was destroyed on 9/11 has been denied permission to rebuild, yet a huge mosque has been given the okay.

Are you really that ignorant, doughboy? The Greek Orthodox church was/is right next to the WTC grounds - it's a whole different set of urban zoning safety concerns. It hasn't been "denied permission" - they're still in talks. I would love to see it rebuilt, but I understand that it's a tricky issue.

And for God's sake, it's not like Obama looked down from the sky and said "Greek Orthodox Church, no! Secret Muslin Terrorist Place, yes!" - he has nothing to do with the process.

"I just got a letter back- I have been denied permission to build a Wal-Mart next to the Statue of Liberty. So there you go- you can build a gymnasium two blocks from Ground Zero, on sacred ground which we all know ought to be reserved for porn shops and Starbucks, but I can't build my Wal-Mart next to the Statue of Liberty. I guess it's because I'm not a Muslim."

There's no mosque being built, but from what I've heard, there was a problem with the building and zoning authorities in New York City with the Greek Orthodox church. Had nothing to do with religion.

"Oh yeah? Well, how come I was denied permission to put a football stadium with 200-foot screens in the center of Ground Zero? Maybe it's because I'm not a Muslim, like some Presidents I could mention. I mean, If you can build a community center which includes a prayer room two blocks from Ground Zero, why can't I build a stadium right on top of it? Must be because I'm not a Muslim."

Are you mistakenly referring to the community center at Park 51 as a mosque, doughpro1604643? Because it's not a mosque, any more than a hospital with a chapel is a church. Why not call it a culinary arts school? That's going to take up several floors, from what little factual info the media has released about the project.

When you use a false premise to make an argument that by nature makes the whole argument false. In terms of logic when you start with a false you cannot get a true without some form of negation. The right and you are showing your disdain for the truth by calling a cultural center a mosque.

Why do we not pass a law that people who are connected to you may not own a house in the United States? That would not be a legal or just law or action. That is what you and your hate spreading right wing Gods (Rush, Sean, Bill, Glenn, ect.) are doing.

Exactly. 'Park 51 Islamic Cultural Center' just isn't as sound-bite worthy as 'Ground Zero Mosque'. Plus, as you rightly (ha!) point out, Ground Zero Mosque is much shorter. I suspect that only those news organizations interested in inflaming public opinion rather than informing public discourse will use 'mosque' for Park 51. My money's on Fox Propaganda to lead by example here.

BTW, I can tell you what I dislike about Obama.

He has not rectified the damage done to the 4th Amendment by the previous administration and he has not held them accountable for their actions. He has also not properly addressed the war crimes committed at Gitmo nor has he held the perpetrators accountable for their actions.

Please enumerate your reasons. You can't use TARP, that was Bush's baby. You can't use the auto bailouts, that was Bush's baby . . . you can't use the recession . . . again, Bush's baby. You can't use the deficit . . . Bush's baby. You can't use the national debt . . . Bush's baby. If you were truly a conservative, you'd know that, and would be INCENSED that Bush and his rubber stamp Congress got away with spending our country into a hole. I'm guessing you weren't and aren't because, from what I've seen here, you aren't a conservative at all. Just a Fox/hate talk groupie.

                          Later, groupie.

You know, the treatment that the "prisoners" at Gitmo receive does not hold a candle to the atrocities committed against Americans by uncivilized individuals around the world. Gitmo serves a purpose, and until the whole world is all one in peace and harmony and sitting around the campfire singing "kum bah ya", then I suggest we keep Gitmo. Some people just need to grow a backbone.

Sorry, you are only allowed to blame Bush for a certain amount of time. Time for BO to start doing his job. He can start with showing some leadership from the oval office, where he hasn't spent much time at all unless it's a photo op. Time to stop campaigning.

Sooooo it's okay for us to do absolutely anything to any prisoners because someone has probably done something worse to something else? Don't tell me, you think the liberals are ruining America with their "moral relativism".

I think that whatever you believe is going on at Gitmo is in your head. The "prisoners" probably get treated better there than what they get at home.

LOL!!! You're probably still blaming Bill Clinton for things that he had nothing to do with, doughie. Bush is responsible for every one of the things I posted above. If John McCain had been elected president, we'd be in the same mess or worse . . . and I would have voted for McCain but for his cynical and ridiculously insulting choice of a running mate.

Actually it is important how we treat prisoners anywhere. When we mistreat people as per the Constitution of the United States we are seen as hippocryts and as greater enemies. This increase hate of the United States.

How about a 2,000 page health care bill that was shoved down the throats of Americans even though a majority did not want it? How about the lack of transparency that was promised during the campaign? How about the fact that the man and his wife have no regard to how much taxpayers money they blow on extravagances for themselves? How about the fact that the man has surrounded himself with idiots and con-artists? How about the fact that the man has condemned America in every country he has visited since his campaign days? How about the piece of crap finance reform bill that was not needed if the companies with bad managements and crooked board members had been allowed to fail in the first place? The free market system works when allowed to.
I could go on, but I am getting bored...

Running out of talking points, doughie? I said EVIDENCE, not talking points.

Nobody "shoved" anything down anyone's throat . . . besides, CONGRESS wrote and passed that bill, doughie. Presidents don't legislate.

There has been no "lack of transparency." That's a talking point.

George W. Bush made 77 trips to Texas in 8 years at $226,072 a pop . . . that's over $17 MILLION, doughie. Did you bellyache about that? I'm betting that you didn't. I did. Another talking point.

Please identify the idiots and con-artists? Bush surrounded himself with Trotskyite neo-conservatives. Did you gripe about that? I did. Another talking point.

Obama has NEVER condemned the United States in any country. Another false talking point.

Okay, we've already established that Bush asked for, was given and approved TARP . . .that's where the money which bailed out those "companies with bad management and crooked board members had been allowed to fail in the first place" came from, doughie. BUSH gave it to them. Another false talking point.

We do not HAVE a true free market system. The closest this country ever came was in the early 19th Century. You know, the days of unregulated child labor and sweatshops? Another talking point.

I was right, you're not pretending.

No . . . I've posted lots of information to you and asked you questions, all of which you've ignored, doughie.

According to GM, they are. They are getting ready to start offering new stock options and hire back some of their employees. Not sure what that has to do with anything, though. I agreed with Bush that the December 2008 bailouts for GM and Chrysler which Bush authorized to be paid from the TARP funds previously allocated. Saved jobs.

So, what exactly was your point with that question?

Limbaugh and Beck are talked about here because they are Faux Con(servative)s, and they are both in the media, and they are both fonts of misinformation. For instance, just like you, they both use 'mosque' for the Park 51 cultural center. Why don't they call it a culinary school? Why do they insist on calling it a mosque? I mean, a reason aside from pandering to the ignorant knuckle dragging hicks that actually believe either of these two fools have anything truthful or useful to bring to any conversation about anything.

They're just trying to hook uninformed folks like you who think that that BS is "conservatism." It's not.

I have to say that trying to respond to all ten of the slams I get for every one of my comments gets tiresome.
Above, you called a community center "a huge Mosque". When corrected, you got pouty and snippy. Now you're crying that you're being picked on.

                      What a baby.

Do you even know the significance of that woman? Or did you just assume that we're hating on her because she's old (as opposed to abolishing Social Security)?

Well, we can't all be like your hero Beck, who mocks children with asthma and women who've just had miscarriages.
Heck, nerzog isn't even mocking her for being "old and feeble".It's just pity because she's bought into Neocon lies...

He was talking about the woman in the photo, not John McCain.

Hahaha! It's a laugh a minute with El Rushbo. Xenophobic, racist humor is so funny!

But what is the punch line?

Limbaugh is on a roll today, and I am not talking about a jelly roll. In one clip, Limbaugh invokes Jeremiah Wright pointing towards the President's faith as a Christian, and in two separate clips Limbaugh talks about mosques and golf amongst Muslims. Nevertheless, remember Limbaugh is not calling the President a Muslim.

How do people listen to this gassy pig Limbaugh, and justify what he says? I feel sorry for his followers who have to spend their limited brain power on coming up with an explanation for this stuff because they hate the President.

I'll bet there are more than dispense Viagra, because Rush had to steal someone else's and smuggle it into the country.

He's using the Muslim insinuations like a kid with a new toy. I suppose it's really like a kid who rediscovers a favorite toy behind the couch after it had been missing for several months.

I choose to call the 17 Churches a "bad idea".

Gracious, Limpy -- a .25 second Google search would have given you the answer . . .
