The first 2 minutes of Palin and all I can say is WOW! I can't believe people have spent money to listen to this speech of NOTHING.

Except, you know... for us Americans with a brain and refuse to be sycophantic toward what is essentially a doomsaying wacko wearing a sandwich board with his own TV show.

When I heard Palin's comment on radio this morning I almost had a stroke.

I have to admit that Beck was very restrained during the whole thing. He tried his hardest to refrain from the hateful rhetoric he usually employs, and tried to pre-empt the inevitable ridicule for being a hypocrite when he criticized hate- and fear mongers.

He's still a liar and a hypocrite, but he stuck mostly to the religious message here, and managed it pretty well.

All in all, it was a pretty good event, considering it was obvious that they just threw it together in the most lazy, cheap and obvious way possible. I doubt they even knew what they were going to do 2 weeks ago.
