Has the miracle happened yet? Did the Lincoln statue cry tears of blood? Did Nostradumbass sprout wings?

Wake me up when the miracle happens. I'd hate to miss it.

      Watching
      c-Span and Beck.

Did he just tell everyone to text sowf85944..Did he also say that a $10.00 donation would be made immediately? Do the worshippers realize it is charged to thier phone bill?

C-SPAN keeps looking over the crowd..not too many black faces.

      Here comes Sarah..gotta stop.

Except, you know... for us Americans with a brain and refuse to be sycophantic toward what is essentially a doomsaying wacko wearing a sandwich board with his own TV show.

Does that mean that you now favor social justice, Mr Beck?

So the nation is gonna turn back to God. Well if you think the government is in your business now, just let the God fearing right take control. Personal freedoms will be nothing more than a memory.

If we all thought Beck was insufferable before this, it is going to get so much worse.

How right you are. I try to see at least some of his show every day, but can you imagine what that smug little pr!ck will be like now.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Anyone know how many millions of people were there? I'm thinking between 3 million to 6 million people (I use right-wing estimation techniques). Maybe double that in a year.

To get back to the warning that I received. You may take it with however many grains of salt that you wish. That the brown Lipitor that is circulating around us isn't too good. It is suggested that you stay away from that. Of course it's your own trip. So be my guest, but please be advised that there is a warning on that one, ok?

          Lotta freaks man.

I have to admit that Beck was very restrained during the whole thing. He tried his hardest to refrain from the hateful rhetoric he usually employs, and tried to pre-empt the inevitable ridicule for being a hypocrite when he criticized hate- and fear mongers.

He's still a liar and a hypocrite, but he stuck mostly to the religious message here, and managed it pretty well.

All in all, it was a pretty good event, considering it was obvious that they just threw it together in the most lazy, cheap and obvious way possible. I doubt they even knew what they were going to do 2 weeks ago.

He had to act that way in a live event because the press was watching--and even they could draw a parallel between violent rhetoric and someone acting up in the crowd.

Too much attention to the scars? That's rich, coming from a man who won't let you move past them. At least the ones he thinks are there.
