      Mr. Beck,

You can now prove that your statements on this unedited clip by FOX about amending your words are true.
The next time, you or the unnamed children who co-host with you, go back 20-30 years and use a quote from someone, you must promise to research to see if the quote was correct and if the person has retracted, updated or restated thier position.
You are acting like the victim concerning your racist statement so you should realize that you MAKING people victims is not right.

Mr. Beck, if you confirm this on TV/radio by your actions, then we will accept your amendment. Until then, you are the old Glenn Beck.

My wife saw a bumper sticker on a Jeep the other day, that read:

"If I wanted a Hummer, I'd have called your sister"

She was having a bad day, and that cheered her right up.

      Glennie, give it up.

When the right wing meme was: he is black,so he must be a racist. When then got old, and it hit its mark with the intended targets it became, he is a secret Muslim. Now the latest as Hannity, and Limbaugh have said, it's liberation theology. Yes, and we all know who they are - Marxists and/or Communists.

Set yourself free Glenn, and just admit it. You just repeat what the slur of the week (month, year) that your bosses at Fox News tell you too.

He is such a liar. He can't even look in the camera 'dead on'. Clearly you see all the acting.(looking up in the air, hand movements, the 'ummms') How ironic "I shouldn't have used the word racist" but it was 'liberation theology'.(since he believes that liberation theology is racist he still is calling Pres Obama a racist) Didn't he have a chalkboard on this?

Every time he is called out of something he still somehow manages not accept that he lied and was caught.

As if attacking someone for their religious beliefs is any better? We have FREEDOM of and FROM religion in the country, Becky.

I have a bad feeling about Beck and his new-found religiosity.

Odd, Nostradumbass blathered on about Obama's politics for months... calling him a Stalinist, Maoist, Marxist and Socialist. Seems that the "theology" bullsh*t is more recent. I think he was a con man in search of a hook, and he realized that the brain dead zombies watching his show are most gullible in the area of religion.

Being the well disciplined charlatan that he is, he recognized the opportunity and pounced on it. Now he's America's Moses. Well not everybody's Moses... just the oppressed White Conservative Christian Majority.

Reminds me of a seven-year-old caught in the act and saying the first lie that comes into his head to deny the obvious.

What on earth is this man doing with an internationally broadcast program. Surely no patriotic citizen of the U.S. would wish to project such an immature, ill-informed, intellectually barren image of his or her homeland to the rest of the world.

Do Beck's cheer squad realise how much the rest of the world is laughing at them. The only relief from the hilarity is when compassion creeps in and we pity you poor people - the believers because they are so obviously in need of care and the non-believers because they are surrounded by a host of drongoes.

. . .this is all carefully orchestrated faith stuff, turn to the black robe regiment, etc, This is an actor who is being paid to read a script, the writer, whether it be Murdoch or Koch has defined the plan to unite the religious right with the tea party movement for the purpose of winning an election.

After the election, the faithful will be used to put through the agenda that these hidden powers have paid for.

P.T. Barnum and Huey Long are sitting up in their graves right now, green with envy

No one should ever apoligize for their statements. That's just wrong. Once you say something, you've said it and you are stuck with it. That goes for anyone.

Yeah, it's no apology, whatsoever. It's regretting what you said and thinking you can get away with it by saying, "Oops, sorry, I didn't know him at the time". Please, Glenn.

I guarantee people will stop talking about it now, at least the typical, political Washington-types who always give the conservatives a pass. However, majority of people will always remember him for what he said. Whether he likes it or not, it's stuck with him for the rest of his life.

Yahoo News just gave Beckerwood the usual corporation pass...highlighting that he "regrets" calling Obama a racist. He regrets getting called on it.

Yahoo is definitely part of the corporate media culture that parrots talking points.

This just in. The governments of Denmark and Sweden have apologized to the Queen of England for the Viking raids during the Dark Ages. They stated that their diplomatic policy at the time was "ill conceived." They also stated that the policy of "burn, kill, plunder, and rape" was based on misinterpretations of the theological underpinnings of British society. They deeply regretted the error.

Great... now for the following year, we have to hear Beck saying how terrible Obama is for being a liberator. As if that's some big, bad terrible thing... just like socialism is to wing nuts like him, and Beck's followers.

By the way (and I may get smacked around for this), I believe Beck that he didn't mean it when he said Obama is a racist, but the fact that he wants to demonize him for being a "liberation theologist" now is just the typical swift-boating tactic that he loves to use.
