Kind of mind-numbing.
Kind of ego-tripping.
Kind of lame.
Kind of not Woodstocky at all. (No babies born, no nudity, no brown acid, no Country Joe & The Fish and about 400-thousand and change less in attendance,)
Still, I liked the Black Robed Brigade bit. Funny stuff.
Beck had NO "right" to speak about politics at this rally.
Unless of course he wanted his "charity" to lose it's tax exempt status.
I agree with Jane, but...
They can "look" all they want - it really won't make much of a difference for those journalists still working for the Corporate Controlled Media.
The ownership and management of the CCM determine what gets on the air (or is printed) and I'm pretty sure that the silence will be deafening.
Her time at FOX NEWS should have taught her that.
GB: "I'm sombody now!"
He did a fairly good job of keeping the focus on his smarmy patriotic God Bless America schmaltz. From what I saw, it was a three hour Christian Nation Circle Jerk.
Now he can look surprised if people criticize it, and use that as proof that the "Liberal Media" are a bunch of Godless heathens out to silence him.
Of course, we've all seen the hateful, dishonest crap he spews every other day, but he was fairly well behaved at his Dog n' Pony show, since he had a broader audience that day.
Never, ever mention Glenn Beck and "Dog n' Pony show" in the same sentence or even the same paragraph.
You've all but ruined my fond memories of TJ.
