In other words, avoid demagogues who claim that God speaks through them?

Again, with the pre-emptive strike against people telling the truth about his phony "God Squad."

My preacher would very gently, but very firmly, tell you to shut the hell up.

Oh, and God doesn't HAVE policies. Read a Bible, Beck.

If these people were in my church and wanted me to make the constitution and the Bible interchangeable in terms of spiritual value and threatened to leave if the pastor disagreed, I'd invite them to go. I'd beg them to leave. Please, go.

Glenn now your blasphemy and hearsay are not even hidden. You make me ashamed to be a Christian with your doing the Devil's work in God's name. This is one of the worst sins imaginable.

...Run from them, and straight to me, my fearful, foolish flock! I will protect you from the evil ones! My shears will separate you from your useless fleece! Don't ask why I'm wearing knee-high boots. It's for your own good, really!

Says the man who told his listeners to do whatever God tells them to do. So the question must be asked: what if God is simply speaking to Beck's listeners through pastors, priests, and rabbis?
