Jerrick reacts to Jerry Lewis' wanting to "spank" Lindsay Lohan: "This may not be the first time Lindsay's been spanked"

      Love this guy, always have, always will. One of the funniest but also known for his no nonsense attitude and charitable work for MDA ($60 million) His comments on Lohan come from a generation where kids in the business didn't rely on drugs, drinking and flashing the privates to get noticed.(just abused and taken advantage of). If Lohan cleaned up today, she would be gone from the public eye tomorrow and that would be bad business for those who depend on her financially.

              Yeah that has to be it, though me thinks he said what we all probably figure to be true knowing Lohan's history ;-)

              I'm not sure slapping this girl's face or giving her a spanking is gonna help at this point. Lohan may be a lost cause.

              I do hope someone helps this young lady or she won't live to see her 30th birthday.

                Agreed. It's really tragic to watch. I haven't followed the story very closely, but from the snippets I've heard, she had less than ideal parents.

                Apparently, that whole childhood stardom thing is a potential minefield if the parents don't keep it under control.

                A few, like Ron Howard, handle it well, but it seems that so many don't end up in a happy place.

      I really don't see the controversy here, either. It's hardly the mosts outrageous display of Jerry Lewis's well-known sexist attitude, and it's not like Lohan doesn't invite these kinds of comments.
