I was thinking more of the traveling medicine shows where swindlers like Beck would sell their snake oil off the back of their wagons and skip town before anyone caught on to their scam.

Playwrights are allowed to insert some dramatic licences into their material so in the production of Urine-on-the-Brain Town we'll be seeing God's very own snow white geese.

They'll be released while a precious young child sings, "Scary B. Obama, Scary B. Obama, Scary B. Obaaaamaaaaaa!"

I better genetically modify my geese to be snow white then and have them infiltrate the ranks.

Wow. What a load of crap. Saying "I saw it with my own eyes" flowed better in his speech than "I held it in my hands"?

Pfffft. He embellished the story for emotional impact and got caught. End of story.

It would be a small lie in most cases, but when you've entitled your event "Restoring Honor"... it takes on a little more significance.

Maybe that's why he and Palin get along so well. The VF writer did say that he learned that Palin lies about the smallest, simplest things.

That they are both prone to lying at the drop of a hat for no reason would go a long way toward understanding why they are so dedicated to supporting each other when they get called on their lies.

Actually, that's one of the things about the Sandy Berger thing which has been falsely reported. Sandy Berger never touched any of the original documents, either. They don't let anyone touch them. The documents Sandy Berger took were copies . . . nobody except archivists have access to the originals. In the case of the antiquities, only specially trained archivists have access.

He flat out lied. Wonder if that's why he's not on the radio today?

So, which is more likely... that Glenn Beck had a spiritual awakening since last April, or that this Religion stuff is just his latest schtick?

I think the answer is obvious.

If he was in fact in contact with God, I'm sure a lightning bolt would strike the incoherent idiot down. How this guy continues to equate his "visions" to anything that's truly Holy, is laughable. The only word out of Beck's mouth that made any sense is, he doesn't have to hire clowns! With Beck being head clown & crew not much better, his "roadshow" will be the same horsesh$t, same educationally challenged "followers" & the same Fox imbeciles carrying ever bizzaro event leading to his sideshow. Good grief!!!

It's easy... If God doesn't exist then there could be no possible backlash or divine exposure from the party being used (God). MY theory is that he doesn't believe in God at all. He just believes that religion is the most effective way to control large groups of people while making decisions for them based on the "will of God"... Which, of course, only Glenn Beck knows.

He's a charlatan who has been conducting these social experiments for years. The theme park was his first big one but far from being the only one. He's laughing at the American public and at the very notion of God.

If Beck is going to take his show on the road, is he going to stop in Harlem or Watts? There are down to earth Americans there also. Johnny Cash went to Folsom prison, Can Beck do any less?

Or is this just a way to make money?

Jesus this, Jesus that... The spirit this, the spirit that... God, God, God, God...

Is this all a big joke? All I hear is the 700 Club. How can anyone take this seriously? It isn't a religious movement... It's a bowel movement.
