      This, again?

Isn't this man supposed to have a law degree? He obviously hasn't read the statute.

Once again, just for the record, all the statute does is direct the SEC to keep confidential private information they get from individuals and companies that are required to provide such information to the SEC under subpoena in the course of an SEC investigation.

Which is something that every American and every American business should have the right to expect from his, her or its government.

Does Napolitano not know this, or is he just essentially lying in the statements he's making? I can't tell.

He's obviously very smart, because he has a globe on his bookshelf. So I think he's probably fibbing a little bit.

I saw Beck talking about this today on Fox. Big conspiracy. I didn't have my tinfoil hat so I stopped listening when he started trying to connect Huffington Post and the Tides Foundation to it.

Where do they find losers like this? It seems a shame that freedom of speech even covers blatant methodical purposeful liars.

I think that 'the Judge', when he signed up with Faux News, agreed to the Freedom From Information Act.

      Idiot race

When I watch Judge Napolitano, I have this feeling that he's waiting for the next line from Roger Ailes keyboard to scroll up the teleprompter.

Either Roger needs to type faster or Napolitano needs to read slower.
