            Well, actually, Slick, I am getting a bit of a sinking feeling, but not for the reason you are indicating. See, as a conservative, I see nutjobs who are claiming to be "conservatives" poised to win and be put into our government. Their ideas are destructive to this country and have nothing to do with conservatism. If you're excited simply because a bunch of people with the right letter in the ( ) are probably going to be elected, you aren't a conservative and you're a pretty un-patriotic American. You will vote for the ( ) instead of the USA simply because of your loyalty to a club. Sad, Slick, really sad.

      There will never be a more perfect T-Tard moment than O'Donnell's debate performance at the law school. When the audience GASPED and derisively guffawed at her childish, sophomoric constitutional ignorance, she looked at them, like a stripper on the pole, as if they were cheering her pentultimate coup de grace on Coons. She is unqualified to clean interstate toilets. She lacks the skills to scrape roadkill off the county highways. She should be used to clean up toxic waste or sewage spills in sensitive areas.

      O'Donnell isn't going to Washington, unless she's visiting as a tourist. She's behind by a million points and what's more satisfying is that all of her potential constituents now know that Christine O'Donnell is an incompetent, wacky candidate. She wasn't sabotaged by a wicked media campaign. She was done in by the simple truth, the best disinfectant.

      I hope before November 2, the same disinfectant is "liberally" applied to Sharron Angle and Joe Miller. Our Republic will be the better for it.

      It just dawned on me. Don't you have to feel for the true "moderate common sense conservatives" that want to improve this country? They are out there. They are the decent people that hold realistic views on most things and disagree politely with you when you banter with them? THEY HAVE NO VOICE WHATSOEVER IN THIS NEW GOP PARTY. They are called out as fools just like libs are. It's like they have no country. Not crazy enough to be baggers and not liberal enough to be left. So, they are nobody to the GOP of the future. Just thinking. Who are they and where are they going? I feel for you guys because the new Repubs have quite the litmus test waiting for you if you plan to go to their party. Most WILL NOT PASS. Good luck to you. There is always Canada. Or mexico. just don't mention that you don't like them.

        There are a few "moderate common sense conservatives" around. Problem is, they've been alienated and kicked out of their party by the whackjobs. Just ask Charlie Crist, or Whatshisname Buckley (Bill's son).

        There is no room in the Republiscum party for moderates. Only those who are moderately extreme. The extreme extremists have the Bagger party.
