Limbaugh: Obama's Plan Is "Payback" Against The "White Europeans" Who "Illegitimately Founded" The U.S.

I've heard about this kind of behavior before--where something upsets you and, being unable to process the emotions and the source of that pain, you to lash out at unrelated people and situations in an attempt to try and understand and manage those emotions.

I can only imagine the utter confusion Rush must be feeling right now, knowing that Hostess has filed for bankruptcy. And the anger and fear that confusion must be causing.

Then again, he could just be super-excited at the prospect of buying out the entire Hostess inventory at rock bottom prices.

This is just more dog whistle pandering for the Racist Mouthbreathers who populate the Republican Base... essentially the cynical continuation of the Southern Strategy.

The One-Percenters who own Republican Party Inc. know that Romneybot is a flawed candidate; he's a Flip-Flopping Corporate Raider who has no personality and believes in Magic Underwear. On the other hand, they also know that the Troglodytes will vote for any white man over Obama. With that in mind, they've dispatched Blimpy and his Hate Radio wannabes to keep that simmering racism stoked so the knuckledraggers will turn out in large numbers next November.

It's getting thicker,more blatant and incessant. It's going to get even nastier as the election season draws near.

Was there anything that the president has done or said to bring in these kinds of accusations?

This is what Rush is famous for. A disagreement with policy where the position held by establishment republicans would be wildly unpopular with poor and middle class rural whites is deflected and reconfigured into these absurd accusations of anti-white and anti-business or anti-Christian motivations.

Where is his proof of any of this? It doesn't exist. It's just made up race baiting to divide and anger the American people against one another and their best interests.

I am white and Republican and I totally disavow Rush at every opportunity I get. Rush is a first class racist, totally defies the values of Lincoln, and giggles that smug grin as he is doing so. Poor thing even assumes he is clever doing it. Sadly, there are many Republicans of the same bent and Lincoln is no doubt turning over in his grave if he knows what Rush and his cronies are saying. I know of no other person who is a toxic to our party as Rush is. 'Ditto-heads' is an apt description of Rush's followers.

These clowns do what they do for one reason and one reason only: money. I believe the phrase "sell your soul" is apropo. It's a lot easier to peddle in lies and false promises for profit than it is to deal in truth. There's no money to be made nor high political office to obtain when you deal in cold, hard truth. Jimmy Carter learned that lesson. Most Americans want to be lied to about how wonderful this country is and they don't want to sit down and accept that it will take time (a long time) and sacrifice from all of us to bring this economy back to life. It's getting kinda sad.

Oh those pesky factual issues just get folks down, you know. Alaska is the only state I have ever lived in where Native Americans were given a fair shake. That was accomplished with the alaska Native LaNDS cLAIM LEGISLATION. Although the reason might be that the purchase agreement for Alaska was very clear about Native Lands being in tact at the time of the purchase. But I never expect poor racist Rush to own up to any of those facts.

No, he'll be careful not to do that. He does like to can him (Obama) "man-child" (he can't get away with saying "boy"). Is Rush racist? I don't know him personally, so I can't say. What I can say is that he "plays a racist on radio".

And everyday he gets the attention he desires from the left.

I can guarantee you that most of the Fox/hate talk listeners have no idea that Bush gave GM and Chrysler the bailouts in December 2008 BEFORE Obama was inaugurated and paid out the first two installments from TARP. The final payment was left to Obama's discretion. It was needed, so it was granted . . . it saved two American industries and lots of jobs. The money was paid out of TARP funds which were appropriated by request and order of George W. Bush in October 2008.
