About The Position

Media Matters for America - a progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media - is seeking a self-motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual to serve as Executive Assistant to a Principal. The position entails significant scheduling, time on the phone, writing, research, and data management.

Responsibilities

- Screening telephone calls
- Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
- Managing the President & CEO's calendar
- Preparing database lists
- Working extensively with excel charts and Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler, and must have good judgment, effective interpersonal skills, significant attention to detail, strong writing and research skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. Salary commensurate with experience.
