ABC's Tapper says HuffPost asked "one of the tougher" questions; Ingraham replies that HP "planting" like Soviet Union

While stating that the press conference question by the Huffington Post's Nico Pitney was "one of the tougher questions asked," Tapper said he doesn't "know all the details" and that he's "not defending how it was orchestrated or organized."
