Fox's Van Susteren claims Dems might use "nuclear option, which is slang for ... reconciliation"

After Van Susteren conflated the "nuclear option" with reconciliation, Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) said that "the reconciliation process -- or the so-called 'nuclear option' -- is not ideal for writing legislation like this."
