According to the National Journal's The Hotline, NBC's Meet the Press plans to feature three guests on its February 26 show -- all of them Republicans: Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (CA), Sen. John Warner (VA), and Rep. Peter King (NY).

A recent Media Matters for America report, If It's Sunday, It's Conservative, released February 14, found that Republicans and conservatives have greatly outnumbered Democrats and progressives on Meet the Press in recent years.

On February 19, Meet the Press featured a panel discussion consisting of NBC chief White House correspondent David Gregory, progressive New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd, Wall Street Journal editorial page editor Paul Gigot, and GOP strategist Mary Matalin.
