SUMMARY: On his KSFO radio show, Lee Rodgers said that "the female leadership of the Democratic Party" is made up of "ugly skanks." He also stated: "Sarah Palin's good-looking and they hate that." He also declared: "I think we have to ask: Would you like Sarah Palin better if she got pregnant again and did have an abortion, because it's obvious, with a lot of liberal women, killing babies is the main priority they have."
On the September 17 broadcast of San Francisco radio station KSFO's The Lee Rodgers Show, host Lee Rodgers said: "Look at these ugly skanks, who make up the female leadership of the Democratic Party." He continued: "I mean, my God -- you know, guys sitting around, talking, perhaps in a bar someplace -- they have a way of scoring them. ... I know, it's sexist. It's sexist. It's unfair, and all of that, but they will look over a female who comes in and just make an announcement: How many drinks it would take before you'd jump her bones, you know." Rodgers added: "You look at most of the headline women of the Democratic Party, you're thinking, 'It's gotta be closing time and five drinks, and maybe not even then.' And that's what they're really PO'd about. [Gov.] Sarah Palin's good-looking and they hate that."
Later in the broadcast, while discussing a recent Rasmussen poll that found that "women support [Sen. Joe] Biden 50% to 44%" over Palin, Rodgers said: "Democrat women, admit it: You're nothing but a bunch of phonies. And I think we have to ask: Would you like Sarah Palin better if she got pregnant again and did have an abortion, because it's obvious, with a lot of liberal women, killing babies is the main priority they have. They can BS their way around it all they want, but bottom line: That's it. It's clear. It's obvious."
As Media Matters for America documented, on the August 27 broadcast of The Lee Rodgers Show, Rodgers said of Sen. Hillary Clinton's August 26 speech at the Democratic National Convention: "With that screechy, fingernails-on-the-blackboard voice of hers, it is impossible for Hillary Clinton to deliver a great speech." Later in the program, Rodgers referred to Clinton as "the Hilldebeest."
From the September 17 broadcast of KSFO's The Lee Rodgers Show:
RODGERS: And now, now we've got a Harvard guy, Barack Obama, denigrating Sarah Palin, graduate of the University of Idaho.
SIMPSON: Hmm-mm.
RODGERS: People, draw your own conclusions, though. As may appear obvious, I certainly have.
SIMPSON: You know, they made a big deal, a couple of stories I saw over the fact that she went to a number of schools before she finally graduated, and that she was in the beauty pageants. However, I saw an interview with her where she talked about the fact that a) her family had four kids in college at the same time. They didn't have any money. She joined the beauty pageants to win the prize money, the scholarship money --
RODGERS: -- to go to college.
SIMPSON: -- to go to college. And that was why, in some cases, she dropped out of school, 'cause she didn't have the money to go. So, they were trying to make her look like a gadfly, stupid ditz, who was just changing schools, and she actually had a very good reason for changing schools.
RODGERS: Well, we know what's really behind it. Look at these --
SIMPSON: Sure.
RODGERS: -- ugly skanks, who make up the female leadership of the Democratic Party. I mean, my God -- you know, guys sitting around, talking, perhaps in a bar someplace -- they have a way of scoring them.
SIMPSON: They do?
RODGERS: I know, it's sexist. It's sexist.
SIMPSON: They do?
RODGERS: It's unfair, and all of that, but they will look over --
SIMPSON: Yes?
RODGERS: -- a female who comes in --
SIMPSON: Yes?
RODGERS: -- and just make an announcement: How many drinks it would take before you'd jump her bones, you know. One --
SIMPSON: I didn't know guys did things like that.
RODGERS: -- none, two, four. You look at most of the headline women of the Democratic Party, you're thinking, "It's gotta be closing time and five drinks, and maybe not even then." And that's what they're really PO'd about. Sarah Palin's good-looking --
SIMPSON: Yeah. Yeah.
RODGERS: -- and they hate that.
SIMPSON: And she's not glamorous.
RODGERS: They just hate it.
SIMPSON: She's not glamorous, either. I mean, she is a really attractive, sexy, earthy, human kind of woman.
RODGERS: Yeah, a real person.
SIMPSON: And they hate that.
RODGERS: Yeah.
SIMPSON: They hate that.
RODGERS: It just drives them nuts.
[...]
RODGERS: The Rasmussen polling organization took a very interesting poll.
SIMPSON: What's that?
RODGERS: They did a hypothetical match-up for president, and Sarah Palin beats Joe Biden 47 percent to 44 percent. Actually, since Joe Biden's just another old liberal hack who's been in Washington for decades, I'm surprised it's even that close.
SIMPSON: Me, too. I thought it would've been more for her.
RODGERS: Just over half of voters view the vice-presidential candidates at least somewhat favorably. Although 35 percent rate their opinion of Sarah Palin as very favorable, only 23 percent feel that way about "Senator Hairplug." And if there's a surprise in the poll, it's that Democrat women are the biggest hypocrite Democratic demographic group of all.
SIMPSON: Why?
RODGERS: For all of their endless BS about wanting women to succeed, they don't want it to be a woman who's managed to have a family and get ahead in politics, without even the help of her own party up in Alaska. Now here's how the numbers break out: Men break out 50 to 37 percent in favor of Sarah Palin, but women support the old repeated plagiarist Joe Biden 50 percent to 44 percent.
SIMPSON: See --
RODGERS: Democrat women, admit it: You're nothing but a bunch of phonies. And I think we have to ask: Would you like Sarah Palin better if she got pregnant again and did have an abortion, because it's obvious, with a lot of liberal women, killing babies is the main priority they have.
SIMPSON: Well, you know --
RODGERS: They can BS their way around it all they want, but bottom line: That's it.
SIMPSON: That's right.
RODGERS: It's clear. It's obvious.
SIMPSON: There's no question about it. I remember, a number of years ago, when Emily's List, that fundraiser for Democrats, was becoming popular, and I found out -- didn't surprise me -- and they stayed with it that they'll only give you money if you are pro-choice, if you're a Democrat. If you're a Democrat who is pro-life, you're not going to get a penny from them.
RODGERS: No. And --
SIMPSON: That's the bottom line. Now, you've got Biden who claims to be Catholic, but he's pro-choice. That's why they're in favor of him.

Who says she's good looking?
On the MILF scale, she's a 3 out of a possible 10. I feel sorry for what's out there in the rest of the country, for people to be rating her as highly as they do. Yuuck.
Sarah Palin is the Republican Hillary Clinton - a polarizing figure with a nails on the chalkboard voice. (Not that I describe Senator Clinton that way myself - I'd havce GLADLY voted for her over McSame/Failin', though I've been a solid Obama man from the start.) But the way the the right has decribed Hillary? Shrill, Vengeful, Nagging, Petty, Ambitiuous to a fault... These things apply to Palin in spades. The fact that she's a redneck to boot does not diminish these qualities.
Cindy McCain could have done a lot better that John. (Maybe she's always been into older men?) That being said, I have to admit she actually creeps me out a little. Too much work done, too fake looking. Kind of like the Stepford Wives in the remake.
Maybe... but, to what extent has her family MADE him?
It seems they could have tapped anyone for the job. And he wasn't nearly as powerful when they met.
On his KSFO radio show, Lee Rodgers said that "the female leadership of the Democratic Party" is made up of "ugly skanks."
Uh, Lee?? Based on that pic of you behind the micrfophone, you're no Greek god yerself.....
I think Hillary is great looking. But why is anybody even disscussing looks?
Our economy is in ruins because the market fundamentalists have run rough shod all over Wall St. and Main St, and this Rogers person is concerned about beauty pageants?
Petty.
Well Jeter, maybe he's just upset that democrats don't pay for style experts to make them look good...
Hate.
SIMPSON: She's not glamorous, either. I mean, she is a really attractive, sexy, earthy, human kind of woman.
The kind of middle age woman he prefers when watching porn, no doubt, because he couldn't possibly be talking about a candidate for Vice-President of the United States like that. ;>)
What does this guy do?
I guess he's just some deranged wacko with a corporate microphone. These conservative commentators breed like cockroaches. You can almost see the feces dribbling down his chin.
You can almost see the feces dribbling down his chin.
You can hear it coming out of his mouth.....
Suggested Republican campaign slogan....
SARAH PALIN!
REAL WOMEN WANT TO BE HER. REAL MEN WANT TO DO HER. ;>)
Now here is a test. How many Christmas trees can each side light up with the current going through heir brains?
I'm guessing the side with Bo Derek might need to have their batteries recharged.
But then again, I think that side also has Britney Spears, so I'm afraid Underwriters Laboratories might not be willing to certify the Republicans.
odd
Jesus, is this what passes for constructive dialogue?
If you're really convinced that all Democratic women are physically unattractive, I suggest that you check out photos of Jennifer Granholm, Maria Cantwell, Mary Landrieu, Blanche Lincoln, and Stephanie Herseth. If you want to compare female politicians only on the basis of their looks, well Democrats STILL kick the asses of their Republican counterparts.
Physical attractiveness is a factor, but only one factor among many. If you're going to put yourself up for an executive office, especially President, then looks will be at more of a premium. But many people in politics are satisfied with their legislative or local offices and therefore they shouldn't be evaluated as potential Presidential timber.
For example, I was for Edwards first cause in part I thought he looked the part and that helps get votes. I never even considered someone with policies more to my liking such as Kucinich (sp?) for that reason--height, etc. Then I went to Sen. Clinton cause she was at least a real American (among other qualities). I want to win the election. Some of these things are just unfortunate facts of life one should take into consideration if winning is the goal, rather than just making a self indulgent point about how much more moral or good a person you are than the rest.
Republicans excel at the gut level stuff of politics. They are not embarrassed by it. This reminds me of a football coach's warning to the rest of the league through the media, "We can win dirty and we can win clean, it's up to them". I take that view on politics---there's too much at stake to let a gangster party out politic us.
