From the November 17 broadcast of Premiere Radio Networks' The Rush Limbaugh Show:

LIMBAUGH: Major Nidal Malik Hasan's military superiors repeatedly ignored or rebuffed his efforts to open criminal prosecutions of soldiers he claimed had confessed to war crimes during psychiatric counseling, according to investigative reports circulated among federal law enforcement officials. This story just keeps getting worse and worse.

And Obama will not provide witnesses for the Fort Hood hearing. Obama does not Congress to conduct any kind of investigation. He wants to let the military examination of this go through. He doesn't want a political show trial, he said.

Fact: Obama said Congress "should" investigate, but noted that "[t]here is an ongoing [military and federal] investigation"

Obama: "I know there will also be inquiries by Congress, and there should." In his November 14 weekly address, Obama noted that there is an "ongoing investigation" by military and federal officials into the Fort Hood murders and "the sequence of events that led up to the shooting." He added, "I know there will also be inquiries by Congress, and there should. But all of us should resist the temptation to turn this tragic event into the political theater that sometimes dominates the discussion here in Washington. The stakes are far too high."

Rush Limbaugh, His Military Record is so Pristine it's impossible to Find.
For the Extreme Right the Fort Hood Massacre is just an Opportunity to Win the Un-imformed's Hearts & Minds.
When it comes to the Extreme Right it's really just the Blind leading the Blind.
I wonder if they need any Cheese to go with their never ending Wine?

      Speak truth to power.

Maybe El-Rushbo was to busy primping himself for the Palin interview to read the whole sentence.

An ongoing debate (?) over what constitutes a lie must be re-examined in the light (?) of Rush Limbaugh's latest remarks. If, as some have so rightly pointed out, a lie is a deliberate statement that the teller knows is untrue, then Limbaugh is, in fact, a liar. Where "ignorance of the law is no excuse" in court, then where does Limbaugh's "defense" ...well, lie? Interpreting the news is anyone's right. To deliberately tell a falsehood is nobody's right. Lying on the airwaves has lately become not only a commonplace event, but seems to be acceptable. I am not and never would advocate censorship in any form, but I demand something else: accountability. A lot of good that does. I don't own a network.

How many "sample" comments does one need to submit before they no longer drop into some dark place, never to be seen? It is worse than useless when a comment submitted in the afternoon on a weekday does not even appear by 10:00.

Over these last two weeks many Republican Politicians, Neo-Conservatives, Conservatives, FoxNews Hosts, and Rush Limbaugh had framed the Shooter as a Terrorist who was left "alone" due to our Military's "PC" Policies. What? Is this true? Oh wait, FoxNews and Republicans are making these statements, LOL.

Why would these people "quickly" frame this as a 'terrorist' act without ANY facts? Oh, they ALL thought that the Shooter was gone for good. Uh, oh. Now what? How can they back out of this one? Former VP, Dick Cheney comes to their "rescue", and simply tells them ALL to just "BLAME" Pres. Obama for it "ALL". Problem solved, LOL.

      Speaking of lies,
"I will use public campaign financing" - he didn't
"I will have an ethical government" - hires a tax cheat for Sec of Treas and doesn't prosecute him
"I won't have lobbyists in my government" - he does
"I will bring America together again" - he has created the most divided nation since the Viet Nam era
"President of Caterpillar will start to rehire if Stimulus bill is passed" - Nope.
"95% of Americans will get a tax cut" - Nope.
"I will veto earmarks" - Nope

      Obama's 7 promises - he's zero for 7 so far.
      All these are verifiable.

Limbaugh just said what he is pretty certain Obama is thinking. He's stating O's strategy for dealing with Ft Hood. Time will tell if O's strategy works or if Limbaugh is right. However, Limbaugh is right 99.6% of the time, so I wouldn't bet too much money against him.

I'm continually amazed at the sheep mentality of the loony right.

And one thing that's absolutely indisputable, is each and every day Limbo will make another, in a series of asinine remarks, and YOU will stick your nose up his fat a** and agree.

But, isn't Congress too busy investigating the lies that got us into Iraq, as well as the waste and fraud among private contractors over there, and the criminal conduct of Karl Rove? Oh, wait.... never mind.
